Arthur Donegan did a fine job repairing window sills that were weather worn. He also checked window pane seals and took measurements to reorder panes for 3 with bracken seals. Always good service from NewPro.

I am giving Newpro a 5-star rating for one reason- They worked without question to make what started out as a bad experience into an outstanding one. The day Denis and Alex arrived with my windows (2 of the best, hardest working contractors I had ever worked with) all 13 windows were built to the wrong dimensions. The construction and quality was excellent, but they were all too big for my openings. After brief conversations with Earl, Newpro s Installations Manager, Newpro agreed without reservation to make the job correct. Denis and Alex spent the next 3 days stripping out our old windows, rebuilding our openings, installing the windows and adding all new wood trim on the interior of our home. This work was far and above what we originally contracted for, but it resolved our problems without having to wait for another 6 weeks to have the correct sized windows constructed. We are still waiting for Newpro to send out a painter to stain the new trim, but we are confident they will follow up and deliver. I would highly recommend Newpro not only for the quality of the windows (we love them) but the level of customer service and support they provided to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, Denis, Alex, Earl, Carol Ann and the rest of the Newpro team for really caring about your customer!

They were clean, on time, respectful and polite.

Awesome team doing the actual work. My job had to be tweaked after the install was completed but they stood behind their work and made it good.

Newpro installed a new bathtub for us, Mike G was our installer and did a fantastic job. The entire remodel only took about 6 hours and looks beautiful. Mike was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He also involved me in every little decision during construction which i loved, and he didnt leave any mess behind either. Newpro from my sales quote to my installation date were very helpful, caring, and easy to deal with, they also offered us a lifetime warranty with our new tub! Most definitely recommend doing any home improvements through newpro.
