Janel, who was my contact person was super to work with. She is organized, professional and very pleasant. She made the scheduling process nice and easy. Joseph Leech who did the actual install work did an outstanding job. He went way out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

They misrepresentation there services and canceled tow times. They scheduled to do the work in one day and never scheduled the return. The process took longer the given by Newpro Operating, LLC.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire Newpro team. You definitely get what you pay for and that is an invaluable piece of mind. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Good quality doors. Mike and Jon were professional and courteous.

It took over 3 weeks to complete my project.No New Pro techs came to my house. They sent a contractor.They tried to cover rotted wood until I told them to replace it.They left a mess at my property because they didn't allow themselves enough time to do the job right and worked until after dark. Not the professional installation they promised.

They installed my new front door and it came out perfectly!

Quality workmanship, polite workers, on time arrival, stayed late to complete the job as promised in one day. Newpro coordinated ordering parts, delivery, installation of Kohler LuxStone shower enclosure, and scheduled work to demolish old tub and install new shower and required plumbing. Took away all debris, left the work site clean. Mike Giordano and Mark Swenson worked as a team to ensure customer satisfaction. For us, it was a premium price but the major benefit was the company's commitment to get it all done in one day. Their employees lived up to the commitment. Some companies make promises to meet an aggressive schedule and sometimes tie you up with delays and excuses when they could have done a better job planning and scheduling the work. Newpro delivered as promised.

Not to keen on the contractors that Newpro uses (not the Newpro installer who was great by the way) to put in the rest of the bathroom (plumber, electritian, etc.).

It probably was more costly since a walk-in tub was removed. The end result was perfect!

New pro hounded me with phone calls to set up appointment. I am in desperate need of two exterior doors and when I set up the appointment for a QUOTE new pro refused to come because my girlfriend was not available to be at the meeting. I was looking for a quote and explained to New Pro that my girlfriend would very much be involved with choosing new doors but would not be available on the day of the quote. New Pro representative then forwarded me to his ? manager? who was rather rude and demanding that both myself and my girlfriend be available for the quote. As a result of I am still in need of new doors. I find it absolutely ridiculous that both homeowners need to be available for a QUOTE. New Pro is not very flexible for potential customers.

Each part of the process was wonderful. The sales people, the project planning and scheduling, the installation and especially the folllow up customer service was genuinely exceptional. Informed every step of the way! Window quality is excellent. No drafts at all! Hire Newpro!

Mike and Jon at NewPro did an amazing job on this install! They were very quick and not messy at all. They demonstrated how to use the new donor's features and were super nice and helpful!
