The work on the roof was excellent. It was like an army of workers invading your house. Cleanup was excellent. Follow up after the job was completed by NewPro needs improvement.

NewPro's Artie & James, L removed the old windows & installed 2 new windows in our back room on 02/05/20 - They did a fantastic job, making sure that every detail was perfect on a difficult installation plus answering all our questions - Just an awesome job I have requested for Artie & James, L to be the installers for our next window project

John & Mike were very professional,friendly, and arrived on time. They were amazingly meticulous and cleaned up EVERY piece of debris and didn't leave a mess. Although the window replacement was a bit pricey I would highly recommend. On a whole the entire staff that we engaged with at Newpro were very professional and friendly and seemingly strive for exceptional customer service.

The installer who s name is SCOTT dis a great job. Was polite and explained me has he performed the work. Did a good job cleaning up.

My installer,Matt , did a really great job with my Kohler Shower. He is a talented creative craftsman and was able to bring the space that I envisioned to life for me.

Customer service and fixed dates for installation date difficult to extract from the contractor. Further, they STILL HAVE NOT FILED FOR THE REQUIRED BUILDING PERMIT DESPITE MY INSTRUCTIONS. IF THEY CANNOT SHOW ME A PROPERLY AUTHORIZED BUILDING PERMIT, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO ANY WORK ON OUR HOME AND THE CONTRACT, THEREBY RENDERED VOID AND ALL FUNDS BE REQUIRED TO BE REFUNDED.

From begining to end they were very professional.Their initial presentation was excellent.they called speraticly to see how things were going.(before the job,during and after)the worker were fast clean and respectful.

They may be expensive but worth every dollar. Had shower installation. Preordered parts. All workmen necessary at once on scheduled. Efficient, organized, systematic and tidy around them. Completed in one and a half days. Good guyr

Mike Giordano was great, he was here from 8:00 to 6:30 and we cant say enough about the care he showed in making sure it was done the right way, didn't cut any corners. Highly recommend him
