They did excellent work and installed on the timeline promised. The shower/ bathtub is amazing. They left the house as clean as it was before they started. The name is deceiving as it sounds like a giant impersonal corporation but it is in fact small and local.

the NEWPRO crew, headed by Scott Johnson installer and assisted by Jeff, plumbing inspector, arrived on the agreed upon time and immediately went to work. They turned my disgusting , old bathtub/ shower into something I can get into and admire.Their work ethic, professionism, and politeness made it a pleasure ,and reinforced my decision that I hired this company. Installers (Joe Leech and Paul McCafferty) were very helpful in answering lots of questions and did their best to please us. Customer service was responsive when we discovered an issue which was resolved.

I had a tub/shower removed and a new unit installed. The new unit fits perfectly. The installer, Mike, was professional, polite, and did a great job. Once completed with the job, he removed all waste, old parts, etc. I am very happy with the installation and would use this company again.

Windows were great. I was disappointed in the wood work where they had trouble getting the old window out. I now have a VERY noticeable ugly patch job on the wood work right over my kitchen sink. First window everyone looks at when they come into ny house. Kind of disappointed with that. All other windows are perfect.

The installers laid down tarps where they needed to walk through the house were efficient in the install did an excellent job and cleaned up well after completion. The follow up with the owner and salesman were a nice touch.
