Larry came in to repair several windows that we were having issues with. He repaired them quickly and showed me ways to prevent further issues. He also answered my sons questions. He was great!

Be very aware of the salesman, they are thieves, they tried very hard to get me to sign a half ass contract, at the end I came up on top. I would not recommend NewPro windows to anyone.

The installers worked fast and were friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and my windows look amazing! Would recommend Newpro, their windows are beautiful and good quality.

Walk-in tub that required a unique and thoughtful installation due to the shape of the space. The Newpro representative, Mat Van Leeuwen was able create a finished setting just as we envisioned. A professional with a great work ethic.

Eli was amazing. He had creative ideas to handle these random nooks and crannies around our shower, and finished in a DAY! Never seen someone work so fast and so well. He just knew what he was doing.

The installer ( Paul McCafferty ), the plumber ( Mark ) and the service person ( Bill ) went above and beyond what I expected. Paul especially, the job took longer than expected and he stayed with it to the end even giving up his July 4th week-end with his family to finish the job. I canâ t say enough about about his professionalism. Outstanding. It was a very tough job with many unexpected obstacles but he kept his cool and got the job done. Love my new tub and shower, plus wainscoting and window. I certainly would recommend NewPro to everyone.

The roof replacement was as painless as it could be. From the sale, review, and installation the team was in constant contact. They went over the options, what to expect, and called afterwards to confirm no issues. The roof was replaced in about 6 hours and the clean up was excellent. It rained that night and there were no leaks, unlike the previous roof. I would recommend looking into Newpro for your roofing needs.

Our team from Newpro was Conor for installation and Kurt for plumbing. Conor from Newpro was amazing. He arrived on time or early, and worked a very long day. He kept his workspace protected and neat and regularly consulted with us as he worked. He always warned us if he was going to be noisy with the demo or the cleanup. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why while continuing to work. It was very evident that he takes pride in what he does and checks his work, measuring twice or thrice before he cuts. Kurt our plumber for the job was very personable and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to have in our home and if we do another bath project, we will be sure to ask for them.

They were fantastic from the salesman to the installarion crew, very professional.

Quick and efficient.

I had an appointment and the guy came out 1 1/2 hours early and gave me a quote of double the other company that came out for same service. Definitely will not be going with them!
