Patrick who was the representitive arrived at my house on time and was very very pleasant. He explained everything. He was very honest and thorough. He put a rush on my walk in shower because of my surgery. He even made a second trip back to my house because my husband wanted to ask more questions before installation. Claude and his helper Harold did an EXCELLENT job installing. They both were very very nice and took their time to install the shower professionally. This project took 7 hours to install. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT JOB

They carried out this project in a timely and well planed efficient manner. Before their arrival a courtesy call was made to my home and they arrived in the time that was stated. Upon completion everything was replaced, cleaned and inspected. An excellent job!!

Our installer, MatVan Leeuwen, did a great job. He is a perfectionist and delivers 110%. We were reluctant to take this on at our age (over 60) but Newpro made it easy, and Mat made our 2 bathrooms beautiful. He even cleaned up minimizing my clean up effort. We are very satisfied customers. Highly recommend. The new Koehler Luxstone walls are really handsome!

Larry, the technician was very knowledgable and efficient in addressing and remedying my concerns. Turns out that the issue that I had was a monor and quick fix!

Claude and Harold did an outstanding job. They arrived on time on the scheduled day. They covered the carpets and all surfaces to keep our home clean as they worked. Our project was a tub to shower conversion. The result was beautiful, and will make us so much safer as we get in and out of the shower. Claude and Harold were pleasant, and able to answer all of our questions. We are very pleased!

This company was wonderful. Even though the project was delayed because of the covid virus shutdown they kept me in the loop as to starting date. Once they could start they were prompt, courteous and professional. Cleaned up after they were done and kept my prized hostas and other foundation plants protected. I would use them again

Again the doors were just completed not even a month, so I really can not give a good rating. I would like to see how it goes this winter before i say excellent.

New Pro professional Eric came at 8:00 am and dismantled my ugly bathtub and meticulously remodeled my tub and surround with great attention to detail. He took his time and advised me of every step. I was very pleased! My bathroom looks awesome and I would use them again! Highly recommend New Pro! Family owned. Integrity. They come when they say they are going to come . They don t leave until it s done and they cleanup after themselves🙏

Salesman was invisible after he took the order. The installers did a good job but did not clean up very well. Job completed in one day. I expected a lot more from this company, especially after paying $13,000 for a tub removal and shower install along with sliding glass doors. I didnâ  t even get a call back from the company to check on a satisfactory installation. I am at fault for not shopping this job and succumbing too sales tactics of the price being only good for the day of the salesmans Visit. Buyer beware.

Mike Giordano installed a walk in shower in my bathroom. He was prompt, courteous and his work was excellent. The shower is beautiful and he left the bathroom in immaculate condition. 5 stars.

Everything went smoothly from delivery of the dumpster to its removal after the job, which was completed in two days on a roof with several valleys.

Terrell, (Sales technician) is friendly and informative. He helps navigate the window purchase process in a way that eases the anxiety of a major purchase.
