Had a shower installed in August? The company said it would take one day. It took11/2 days and then I was told the shower door would take two weeks to special order it. The installer said the inspection was complete but three days after I received a call saying the work needed to be inspected. I had to take a day off work to do this.( although the inspection process online was another issue). A few days after the install I noticed the damage in my stairwell which abutted the shower and there was damage. There was also rust on the drain area. I called the company three times and wrote an email and I have not heard back from the company. The project is now complete. The company called to apologize for all the errors so I have given them a few more stars!!

Entire process was excellent. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers and installation went very smoothly. Cannot say too many good things about the installer. He was remarkable. We love our new great shower.

Our install team, led by Artie D. arrived on time and promptly got to work. The entire process was smooth and Artie communicated any snags and then found solutions! Overall a good experience.

Our installer Mike Ciodano arrived on time, took charge of coordination of a Kohler Walk-in tub. This required a plumber, an electrician and a tradesperson (Mike) who cut out the original one piece tub/shower, replace the wall board, measure, cut, and install the luxstone surround and be sure all was caulked, cleaned and finished well. This took less that 8 hours and it is perfect! NewPro is first class professionalism at its best. They deliver, they follow-up during installation and leave phone numbers that actually reach a human should you need to contact them.

NewPro installed a new shingle roof. I wish I could remember the name of the main installer, but he was very personable. I felt like my roof was in good hands. He took the time to walk around the house with us and answered our questions. Steve Fortin, the salesman, was also personable. He was receptive to all my texts and provided timely responses.

From beginning to end, the project was first rate.

Mike Giordano showed up on time and did a great job putting in our new shower. He was very neat and finished the work on time. I would recommend NewPro to anyone who needs to replace a tub with a walkin shower

I hired Newpro to remodel 2 bathrooms. I was lucky for Claude and Harold to be assigned to the job. They replaced 2 bathtubs, 2 vanities and 2 mirrors in just over 2 days. The work quality was high with significant attention to detail. Claude treated my project like he would a project in his own house.

To whom it may concern, On Friday, September 11, 2020, Dominic was scheduled to perform several repairs on a few of my Newpro windows. I would like to note that Dominic was very professional, personable, courteous, attentive, and displayed exceptional customer service skills. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and presented with his Covid PPE. He reviewed the details of the work that he would perform during the service visit. As he worked, he kept me abreast of what he was doing. In going above and beyond, he informed me of other small repairs that he should address, with my permission, to maintain the function, safety and integrity of the windows that he was working on. On the professional side of things, the work that he did was flawless and done in a very timely manner. In my 30 plus years as a homeowner, I have had a multitude of companies perform new installations and made repairs and/or adjustments to existing structures. Dominic is one of the best service providers who has come to my home. He is a valuable representative of your company and its long standing history of excellence in product and services. He was very professional, friendly and diligent in his work of installing the Kohler Walk-in bath tub. Mr. Leach was careful. He thoroughly cleaned the installation area upon completion of the job. At the conclusion of the project you'd never know construction had taken place--no mess, no problems, no disappointment. He took time to explain the product and made sure we were absolutely satisfied before he left. I was quite surprised that the installation took only a day without any inconvenience. Excellent workmanship! The resulting product is absolutely beautiful! An aside. From the first visit with NewPro/Kohler sales representative David Padilla to subsequent contacts with his associate David Ingram the process went smoothly. Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accessible after the sale. Both created the impression that their goal was for complete customer satisfaction --refreshing and appreciated! I would have no problem recommending Newpro or any of these representatives. Thanks to all of you!

Mike the Foreman and his team were very professional and did a great job and cleaned everything up. The Newpro sales team was also extemely professional and very on top of everything.

Mat Van Leeuwen from Newpro installed a walk in shower for us. This was a pretty big job because we needed him to take out our old porcelain tub first and move some plumbing around. Our house is over 115 years old so of course spaces are pretty small. Mat took his time to make sure to get things right and we couldn't be happier! The products are high quality and the total process was very professional. Mat was a pleasure to work with.

Mike Giordano did a great job installing our new shower system. He was on time, worked a long day to make sure he got the project done in one day.
