The work crew was very professional, and had to replace 20 sheets of plywood during the roof replacement. It set them behind schedule, but the project was STILL completed in a resonable time ,finishing the work on SundayY!!! The weather here was not great for 2 days ,and their crew even had to shovel the roof before They could begin!! They also made sure the roof was sealed overnight when daylight stopped the first day's progress! GREAT JOB!!!

The part they actually finished looks great. Mat Van Leeuwen was very thorough and paid incredible attention to detail. Unfortunately, the last part, a "barre," was missing some screws. I scheduled someone to come 2 days later. No one showed up. No phone calls. I E-Mailed twice. No response. Called. The customer service rep said someone would get "right on it." Still Waiting. It was a small part, but I paid for it. I'd like it installed.

Mat Van Leeuwen re-structured and remodeled our Shower. He also installed the glass shower door on 11/13/20. He did a beautiful job and his work ethic reflected an attention to detail. The result was a renovated shower that my husband and I were very impressed with ! Joan Franciose Plymouth MA.

We did a tub-to-shower conversion. Service was excellent from beginning to end: initial sales rep, installer, service rep/office staff. It was completed in one day. Product is as nice as advertised.

I had a shower replaced. It has leaked every day since it was installed, 5 months ago. I can not get anyone to call me back. All I do is leave messages. This was the worst decision I ever made! This company has no customer service! They have my money and do not care now!
