We had our tub removed and a shower installed. It looks beautiful. We had Claude and Harold do the work on our project . They were very professional, provided quality workmanship, explained everything that was happening, kept surroundings clean and maintained Covid precautions during this difficult time. Couldnâ t believe this was all completed in one day!

Mat Van Leeuwen was very pleasant, courteous and industrious. We are very happy with the service and product.

Mike Giordano was a pleasure to work with....not only did he show up at the time he mentioned, he never stopped working. He was very thorough and very respectful of our home....all while wearing the COVID mask. He worked for 1.5 days and we can't say enough about him. He was the "energizer bunny"......We will specifically ask for Mike with any future jobs. Newpro has a great employee with Mike Giordano!

Artie and Dennis were awesome! Very professional, courteous and clean. They did an amazing job, everything is square, smooth and looks beautiful.

After job was completed I had a complaint and someone was supposed to call me. That hasn't happened yet.

Newpro takes great pride in the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. From the salesman who visited, the project team who coordinated the visit, the technicians who handled the window replacement (10 windows), and all the way up to the owner. The rep from Right Window was nice but omitted key facts during his long presentation. He also â warned@ about Newproâ s price. Yes I did pay a smidge more but the entire time I felt I was in competent hands. Love the windows. Company stands behind their work. I mentioned there was some debris left on a carpet. The company acted in unison to attend to my comments. About to invest in windows? You can feel safe with choosing Newpro. Highly recommended.

AMATEUR HOUR (which turned into months)!!! Incredibly nice people, but perhaps the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my 37 years as a home owner. A basic shower/tub replacement that cost over $16k, and I was told that it would be a 2-3 day job. They finished it today, after almost 5 months. They arrived a day late in August, because their office did not contact the condo association for prior project approval. Sent me out to Home Depot to buy an 80lb bag of concrete for the install, because they did not bring any. Left the door to my home open and unlocked on three different occasions. Repeatedly broke appointments, arrived late, and did not return phone calls. Left drop cloths and building materials out in the middle of my living room when they left for the weekend. Installed a scratched glass door for the bath/shower. The list goes on. Again, some very nice people but with a complete lack of professionalism.

From start to finish, choosing New Pro windows was the right choice. Joshua Cruz and his crew performed an exceptional installation with great attention to the details. They were friendly, courteous and professional, arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently and cleaned up completely. They were very respectful of our property. Except for the beautiful new windows, you couldn't even tell anyone had been here when they were all finished. I would highly recommend this window company.

The Technician was very professional he explained everything he was doing when he was done repairing the window he then checked all the other windows in the house to make they working correctly!! Would Highly Recommend this Company for Windows!! Best Investment I have ever made!!

Mike G arrived on time and followed the Covid regulations. He was personable and very easy to talk too. He worked in a professional and timely manner. Once the job was completed he cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased with the finished product of our new shower!

Claude and Harold were professional, personable and very competent. They arrived on time, and cleaned up when finished. Shower door needed to be custom made based on exact measurements. Very pleased.

The worst experiences I have had with a contractor. High pressure sales that overpromise and underdeliver. They didnâ t pull a permit, had unqualified workers doing plumbing work. They left me without a working bathroom for 2 weeks and had horrible communication throughout. Most importantly they didnâ t do the job as it was scoped, and after two weeks of hell I have no interest in having them enter my home again.
