Description of Work: The contract said they would realign, seal gutters then install the gutter guards. They installed the gutter guards but did not seal or realign and gutters are still leaking. I have called customer service 5 times to get them to come out and do the work I paid them to do the first time but have gotten no call back. Only consider leaf filter on brand new gutters, and don’t expect the warranty to be worth anything

Description of Work: Leaf filter gutter cover over current metal gutters. Reinforced gutters. |Installation done when with snow on the ground and roof. They had to clear ice buildup on a corner section. I was surprised they could work in such a cold temperature.

Description of Work: approximate date of last contact.kept calling and messages fell through the cracks or people leaving and starting all over again, also a some appointments made were no show and one person came after dark. Thanks to Ross Snyder things got taken care of with what he promised finally and delivered .they took care of the problems and replaced the rear gutter .

Seal gutters w/50 yr silicone .Install hidden hangers for reinforcement.Install new 3x4 downspout on front of home and new 2x3 on front porch.Install downspout extensions (3) Install whole S leafilter on entire home lifetime transferable warranty and manufacturer money back no clog guarantee.Price includes all products installed, taxes,warranties and 100% job cleanup. |We were told a supervisor would walk the site and make sure everything was done but that never occurred. My husband had to mention something was missing and one area that we can see. One area was not cleaned up. |This last rain storm the gutters seemed to work well. Time will tell all.
