Super Service Today Inc

first problem was they came too early, my appt. was 11am -1pm. When I arrived at 11 they were already gone. Person that answered the door has dementia. Was here for one hour and charged $590. could not produce an itemized bill or receipt. We only know it was a yellow van. Says they give senior discounts and a $57 discount. I called all week and no one would return my call.

Technician didn't know what problem was.Said he couldn't find problem. Snaked maybe 5 feet of pipe. Charged me. And left. Well the water is still backing up all over the kitchen.

It went great until the end when I wascharged $149.00 dollars for 10 minutes total time here and about one foot of snake. Shawn was great and he did a great job, but had I known that they were going to charge that much, I wouldn't have had it done by them.

Very responsive, identified issue and snaked clogged line in a matter of minutes.

It was a superb piece of work done professionally, instantaneos response, reasonable costs.

It was probably $1,100.I would definitely call them again.They definitely knew what they were talking about. So, I would contemplate using them because they were very courteous, professional, prompt, but definitely on the expensive side.

I contacted Super Service Today and explained what was going on. Fran was super helpful. Tim, who rushed over that afternoon, was super knowledgeable and offered suggestions prior to completing the work. The whole experience made my day. I especially appreciated that Fran and Tim kept in touch by phone on time of arrival. Tim explained what was needed and fixed the valve efficiently. I would recommend Super Service Today in a minute. I was able to use a coupon to reduce the cost and plan to call this company again the next time the plumbing breaks. And, I was surprised to learn Super Service Today offers help with drains, heating, cooling, electrical and other useful stuff. A worthwhile option for homeowners to know about!

First guy (another company) snaked pipe for 1/2 hour and didn't solve problem; his boss was gonna come next day and warned "probably need to remove pedestal sink" and "may take several hours." Called Super Service, who showed up quickly and removed clog within 10 minutes... he also explained that first guy didn't run snake from best place. Plumber called ahead to confirm, good communication, and he even wore booties over his work boots!

Excellent. In both instances they were able to be on site the same day as the call. Both jobs were absolutely awful in scope but they were prompt, profession and reasonably priced. Tim, Dave and Dennis were very professional and did a great job.
