He came and worked at my house on a Sunday. I had people coming for my birthday. He came in, worked for 4 hours on a Sunday Memorial Day to get all these projects done for me before company came. He did a lot of home repairs. He was great. The price was fabulous. For the special features on the kitchen floor, he was able to help save me money.

When I emailed Rob about the job, he fit me in within a few days. Per usual, Rob arrived early and performed the job in his usual meticulous manner. Rob is professional, conscientious, and diligent; three qualities that seem all too rare among handymen and contractors these days. My wife will continue to call on Rob as needs arise. I highly recommend him.

The only thing I should mention is that when he was prime painting the shed door, he apologized profusely for dripping a little paint on the asphalt walkway, and wanted to make an arrangement to remove it. But the way the paint dripped makes it look like 2 paw prints, and they're in exactly the perfect spot. I couldn't have done a better job if I tried! El perfecto!

Rob was great. When he first responded to our request for an estimate, we explained to him that we were looking to have an ongoing relationship as we have a unique and historic that will always need some level of repair. He looked at what we wanted done, said he could handle it and then kept in touch as the winter weather delayed our ability to start. When he came over, he worked with suggestions he was given even if it wasn't his first choice on how to proceed. We will definitely look to him for future work.

just wanted to add to my previous report that I needed one more thing done before my floor was to be installed by Home dept - and Mr Siriois managed to fit me in his schedule and come back for a few hours to complete the job - which was above and beyond the original job - he again showed up on time and was prompt and swift and cleaned up for me - After 40 years of dealing with contractors and trade people to do jobs around my home that I am not capable of doing myself - it is a real happy experience to find that there are people out there like Mr Sirios who takes his job seriously and is a good worker -- he is a real treasure . very friendly and neat and just a really nice guy - trusting and honest -- will be using him for several more projects after the new year...

it has been going absolutely terrific - when he first called and said he would come by and price the job -he was on time - went thru everything he saw that needed to be fixed - we agreed that some things would not fit into my budget at this time but he would be more than available to come back again - he started the job the day he said-he was on time-neat-clean- we did have some minor repairs that came up that were not figured it at the start - once we got some wallpaper off the wall, some water damage was noticed.. he fixed it with no problem. I had to run errands and had a Dr's appointment and was able to leave my home without worrying about a thing..I could tell that he worked just as hard when I was out the door as when I was in the house with him.....he was so kind and understanding about my budget and we were able to work in the most important repairs and updates at this time with no problems... I knew the minute he walked in my home that he would be the right handy man for me... I was able to trust his judgement and adjust my wants and needs accordingly.... I now consider Mr Sirios my only choice for my home repairs. and have lots more for him to do, when my budget allows... he has assured me that he will be back....... I would tell anyone that who considers Mr Sirios for their jobs, to trust the him, and allow him to give you feedback and to make the right choice to take care of your needs... he is smart, a hard worker and he is basically, a honest man who takes pride in his work... I am thrilled with Angies list . my first choice has worked out perfect..

He and a worker did the job quickly and without trampling the flowers and shrubs to the best extent possible. They cleaned up after themselves and the house now looks fantastic! And, the cost was even less than the estimate!! He said that they take pride in their performance, and they actually do.
