Showed up on time. Went extra mile to help save me $$.

We were getting sewage backing up into our basement. Turns out our lovely maple tree's roots had compromised the clay drain pipe and the roots were clogging the line. After 2 clean-outs it was decided in early summer that the line had to be replaced. They arrived on site on the appointed day with all their equipment to excavate the affected area of our front yard. Turns out that the town drawings were incorrect as to where the incoming water line was. After summoning the water dept. they found a workaround, got additional required equipment and stayed late to finish the job, all at the quoted price. They were 100% professional and explained what to expect regarding the earth in the area settling, etc. Based on this we decided to wait until spring to redo the lawn. We did get a bit of a sinkhole around the newly installed clean-out (required by code) but as we had a ton of rain after the work this was not unexpected. Here is the kicker: today, Dave shows up and fills the sink hole with dirt and sprinkles grass seed. Seems one one of his guys passed our house, noticed the sinkhole and called Dave. We just happened to be home and saw him finishing. He didn't even tell us he was going to do this. This is going way above and beyond. I hope I never need to but I would hire him again in a second.

We have used Mr. Drain for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Dave Sheridan is great. Even though he could not fix our problem b/c it involves work that his company does not do, he helped me find a contractor, and even had the contractor call ME to set up the appointment. How is that for service? No chasing around or phone tag. He even helped my 73 year old mother back out of our tricky driveway when she left our house yesterday, thus sparing our fence any damage. I would recommend Mr. Drain to anyone.

Called Mr. Drain Inc. around 10 am about a slow toilet. Received a prompt callback, told to expect service call in about 2 hours. By 4 pm, still no service, called again. Received prompt callback. Dispatcher pled oversight and pressure of work. He originally wanted to postpone the job, but agreed to get a serviceman there promptly. Serviceman, after working a rather short time on the drain and pouring a bucket of water down the toilet, pronounced the drain clear and told me that the problem was due to an old toilet and insufficient flow from the tank due to calcification. He recommended replacing the toilet, and left me with a complimentary bottle of enzyme solution. He collected payment and left. After he left, I was able to determine that the true source of the problem was a foreign object in the toilet outflow, which I was able to fish out myself by hand. This solved the problem. I've used this firm in the past, but will not be using them again.

Mr. Drain was very professional, and responded very fast (within 1/2 hour). They cleared a heavy clog in a 2nd floor kitchen sink drain line. I was very happy doing business with them, and would recomend them to others. They earned my business.

Called late morning to request an appointment. Left a message with answering service & Dave called me within an hour and told me he'd come by the same afternoon. Was here a few hours later. Cleared a tub and sink. Tub required snaking, sink was only a hair ball at the entrance so he didn't charge me for the sink at all. Turns out that the snaking he did on the tub went into the central plumbing and also at the same time cleared the deeper clog that was affecting both the tub & shower. I purchased enzymes for preventative maintenance. Was not a hard sell. Offered as an option. Work was done quickly, efficiently and everything stayed clean! Perhaps best of all, he offered a 90 day warranty on service. Couldn't be happier. Better than my experiences with a full service plumber because they specialize in just drain cleaning, therefore there's a single point of focus. Also less expensive than the same from a full service plumber. Told me that first drain is $150 & additional 50% off or $75/per. Pretty good pricing if you ask me. More than my money's worth.

He is excellent and I would highly recommend them to other people in need of this type of service. They are professional and on time always. They have great prices and a professional hard working staff. I am always pleased with them. They are great.

The callback came within a half hour of my initial contact. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. The service person arrived right on time, was neat, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Overall it was a very good experience.

Initial call answered by very polite answering service. Got a call back from Mark at Mr. Drain the same day. We set up an appointment. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and got the job done in about an hour. I thought the price was reasonable for three drains. I would recommend this company and use them again.

I HAD A SLOW BATHTUB DRAIN. AFTER TRYING TO PLUNGE IT MYSELF, I HAD A COMPLETELY STOPPED BATHTUB DRAIN. BILL FROM MR. DRAIN, SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL AND SNAKED THE DRAIN. IT'S WORKING BEAUTIFULLY NOW.
