I called Marcin over the phone, since I had to move furniture that was sitting at one place to be moved into my house. A voicemail was left with the finer details. Within a couple of hours Marcin called me back and gave me an estimate over the phone. It was a flat rate estimate. There were no hourly charges. He also promised me that it wont cost anything more than what it was quoted for. He indicated that he would wrap the furniture and move it. At first I thought he was joking since for the price quote I was wondering if someone would really do it. I contacted few other movers and they quoted me hourly but there was no idea to know how much the entire thing would cost in the end. One mover quoted me almost double of what Marcin quoted. But I liked Marcin quick response, firm quote, and his general attitude towards the move. He was willing to come the next day while other movers gave me dates that were a week further. On the day of the move, the movers were a little late than the promised time, Immediately Marcin sent me a text message saying they were little late. I can understand that the movers could take additional time during other moves. But what I liked more was Marcin kept me informed at every few moments about the arrival of the movers. The movers then arrived at the initial move location. They wrapped the sofas with plastic sheeting, and also used padded cloth, dollies for the items. The items were carefully moved the items without damaging any walls or furniture. They loaded the items into their truck and moved all the items into my house. They asked me where I wanted stuff to be put. There were three movers in total. All were neatly dressed and behaved very professionally. They also accommodated an additional request which I put forth. I wanted them to move more stuff within my house as they were already present. and they obliged for an extra amount. It was a friday evening and they all worked hard to put all furniture in the right place. They also asked me to take a final look to ensure that everything was in place as expected. In the end, all I can say that these movers are great. I have no complaints. It was a very pleasant experience and my weekend was pleasant too as I had such a great moving experience on a Friday. Marcin came to our home to give us an estimate of moving costs. At our request he gave us two estimates- one for moving all of our belongings and one for moving just the furniture and heavy items. He was very polite and knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind my three children as they ran around after him while he was looking at the house. He got back to me with a quote within a day. His price was very close to what two other companies had quoted me. I decided to go with M&M because based on meeting Marcin and on the Angie's list reviews I felt comfortable having him move our belongings. We ended up having him just move the furniture and heavy items. I had several questions before the move and Marcin always emailed me right back. On moving day Michael Papla showed up right on time with Rob, Luke, and Dan to help him. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and respectful and even considerate of my sleeping baby. They had to take apart three very complicated beds, a trundle and a crib and they did so very carefully. They planned carefully to make sure everything would fit on the truck. I forgot about a few items in the basement and they went back to get them at the last minute without complaint and made sure they were able to fit on the truck as well. At the new house they set everything up exactly where I asked and just as carefully reassembled all the beds. They were very cheerful and friendly all day and got the work done without damaging anything or ever even making me feel nervous. I would definitely hire them again and I recommend them highly.

M&M Movers were great! Marcin met with me ahead of the move to provide an estimate. We negotiated and agreed on a price and time. One day before the move, Marcin's brother came with his crew to do the packing. They were incredibly fast and careful with all our belongings. They even moved some items out to the truck that day. Even in the midst of a move, our condo still felt very livable. On moving day, they showed up on time and quickly packed up the truck with remaining furniture and boxes. Unloading the truck was even faster! I could not believe how fast, yet careful, they were. As promised, everything was done exactly at 3pm. Unbelieveable! Nothing was broken. Nothing was nicked. Anything that had to be disassembled and reassembled as good as new. Hire M&M, you can't go wrong!

Details: they were great. Punctual, polite, professional, careful. Words are not enough to describe how good Marcin was and Mike and the entire crew. I recommend them with the HIGHEST recommendation possible. Giving them a grade of A is not high enough. They should be given a A++ They moved us with 2 trucks, 26ft each. Held the furniture etc overnight and delivered the next day to Bourne, MA (Cape Cod).

I could not have had a more positive experience with M & M Moving. I had plans to move from Boston to NYC on Labor Day Weekend, which is the craziest moving weekend in Boston. Quotes I received from other companies were either outrageously expensive or the companies had not gotten good reviews. After a lot of Yelp and Angie's List research, I went with M and M. From day one, Marcin was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions promptly through email. On the day of my pickup, he updated me on his timing through text messages. When I realized that I needed a certificate of insurance for my new building at the last minute, Marcin was incredibly nice and accommodating, and quickly got me the certificate. Marcin and his crew were kind, efficient, respectful and did a great job. They got everything out of my third floor walk-up in under an hour, and delivery was equally efficient. I give this company my full recommendation and would absolutely tell anyone I know who is moving into or out of the Boston area to use them!!

These guys were great. Prompt, conscientious, hard working, polite and reasonably priced. They were awesome.

They were very accommodating. We actually had more stuff than they anticipated. They brought a second truck and only charge us for the fuel.

Overall, it was a good experience. Moving is stressful and M and M made it less so. They were very efficient and didn't waste any time getting our things on the trucks. Delivery here in NC went well. They were on time and ready to work.

When it was time for the ever dreaded moving process, we started looking for reliable movers. We had to move from a two family condo to a single family home in Belmont. I short listed a few local companies through Angie's list and called about 3-4 of them. Marcin came and so did a couple of others. We wanted to do the move in two stages - first, a smaller move to declutter our condo prior to selling it and then the final move, a couple of months later. Marcin emailed me the next day with his quote which was quite comparable to other quotes that I received, although some of them gave an hourlay price for the job. One company from Arlington ( Mini moves Inc), came but never gave me an estimate. However, I decided to go with Marcin because of his prompt email replies, high rating in Angie's list and his reassurance about how well he could handle the job. Moreover, I felt more comfortable with a flat rate than an hourly rate. For the first move Marcin came with two others and within an hour everything was moved to the new place - no complaints, no hassle, we paid $450 as promised. On the day of the main move, Marcin and his team (4 others) arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. In about 2 hours everything was loaded and they were done in 5 hours. Marcin and his team made sure that all pieces of furniture were carefully wrapped, were moved around without damaging the walls and above all no grunts or complaints - even when a couple of times we asked them to take a heavy box to the basement first and then realized that it belonged to the attic. Marcin offered to wrap and pack stuff that we had left behind hoping to move them later in our car. In addition, they were gracious enough to offer to move the left over stuff (supposed to be trashed later) from the basement to our garage, again with a smile. When we reached the new place, Marcin and his team again surprised us by applying a plastic sheet on the stairs so as not to dirty the runners / carpet. A move could not go easier than this. We are extremely happy with their work and would recommend the team to anyone, without any reservations. You absolutely will not regret hiring them. Wish every business focused on customer satisfaction like Marcin and his team did !!

The move went very well. They came on time, moved the stuff at a speed that I've never seen before with other movers. The final charge was not even a dime more than the initial quote. Overall, best mover I've ever used. Unlike some movers who offer low quote initially to lure customers only to find ways to jack up final prices later, this company offers flat quote and stick with it as long as the actual items they move match the information customers provide, which takes a lot of stress out of the moving process which is already stressful enough. Also, the owner, Marcin is extremely responsive with both email and phone and professional. If I move again (which I hope not anytime soon), I will use this company again.

Marcin called to verify I was ready to move at 8 PM. Movers showed up at 8 PM. Marcin toured space to assess large pieces of furniture. He then instructed his two movers to remove certain items in an order. They wrapped each chair. Dissembled a dining table. Removed all boxes. Did a final walk through. Comforted the customer who was having a hard time leaving. Put items in storage for a few weeks. Drove to location two to pick up more furniture. Moved all items into location #3.

They were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked quickly, wrapped everything (and I do mean everything), loaded the truck and off we went. Upon arrival at the destination, they put everything where we asked, put everything back together and were done quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and helpful all the way through. They offered to move any other furniture within the house - room to room or up from the basement. We took them up on it. No extra charge. It was clear that this team was very experienced. There were no "day workers" in this group. My wife and I have moved numerous times with many movers. We have never used the same one twice. We would definitely use M&M again.

M & M Moving is fantastic. I am utterly amazed at the speed, care, and efficiency in which the team who moved my furniture took action. Over several weeks I wrote back and forth with Marcin via email and he always responded quickly whether it be to change the date of the move which happened a few times due to my closing date moving, to getting me moving supplies (boxes, tape, etc), the communication and service was outstanding, and continued through that all the way to the finish of the move. They arrived on time on Friday morning at the time they were supposed to, and within 3 hours, they moved my entire apartment and a couple of furniture pieces from my girlfriend's apartment into my new condo and placed all the items wherever I wanted them to go. These guys worked real hard as there were a few issues with tight hallways and stairwells to navigate and were absolute professionals the entire time, and the price they quoted me was actually a bit less than what the actual amount was when it came time to pay! I will never do a move by myself ever again and will always choose M & M, and recommend them to everyone I know who needs to move. Fantastic job guys, thanks so much!

I used M&M Moving to move from our third floor apartment to a house we had just purchased. Neither I nor my wife do well with moving, so we decided to call movers. M&M had great ratings both here on Angie's List and on Yelp, so we decided to go with them.The owner, Marcin, was great and answered all my questions over email. About 2 weeks prior to moving, they stopped by to deliver all of our boxes. Being the procrastinator I am, the apartment wasn't fully packed yet when Marcin and two of his guys showed up (right on time!) on moving day. No problem, they brought in some extra boxes and helped us pack everything up. They handled everything like pros. And, boy, were they fast! Even with making two trips, everything was moved in four hours. They also took some pieces of furniture that we wanted to get rid of. It was an extra charge, but well worth it for disposing of my huge old desk and ancient kitchen table.Their rates are very reasonable. If you buy more moving supplies than you need, they'll "buy back" the extra. The final cost was a little more than we were quoted, but everything was clearly explained. (We had a lot of stuff!) These guys are great, you won't regret moving with them.

We live in the Seacoast area of NH and this company is in MA approximately an hour from where we live. My phone conversation with the owner was very pleasant. He was considerate of the distance and listened to our needs. He also asked questions that I forgot to consider. He bid a fair price for only the big heavy items that we wanted to have moved. Although we ended up not using this service after all for our move, I would definitely contact them again based on the phone conversation.

M&M are amazing. We used them for packing and moving of a 3 bedroom apartment with a *lot* of stuff and everything about the move went great. They give you a flat fee, and Marcin was very accommodating with anything we wanted, including a last minute change of date, and picking up boxes after the move. During the packing and moving they were extremely professional, as well as quiet and pleasant (very rare qualities in movers, in my experience!). They didn't even want to take water from us (they offered us some of theirs!). As just one example, my father came over to help, and when they saw him standing they brought over a chair for him. Usually with movers I have to remind them certain things again and again. With M&M it was the opposite- they were always one step ahead of us, and remembered things we told them a month before even if we forgot them. We moved just a year ago with Graebel, which are about twice as expensive, and I'd take M&M over them any time. We've never had such a smooth move.

M&M arrived right on time. They were so pleasant and helpful while I went through the house deciding what to have put away. They worked carefully and quickly the entire day. They understand very well the importance of a customer's home and their attachment to their belongings. As a result, I felt confident that my things were in safe hands.. It was a pleasure to have them here and to work with them. They have also been very helpful in my accessing the storage unit when needed. When my house sells and I relocate with in the state, I will call no one other than M&M to move me to my new place. I highly recommend this excellent company!

I got estimates from 5 movers. Marcin initially took a couple days to respond with a quote. Of the movers with excellent reputations, M&M had the lowest price. His quote was "about $950", which seemed pretty vague, especially compared to most other movers. After a few followup questions, he clarified that this was a flat fee, and that it wouldn't change as long as I didn't have more stuff than I told him in the inventory, and it didn't take longer than "5-6 hours". He also wouldn't charge additional for tape or blankets. The "5-6 hours" was still a little vague, but based on the reviews here, I decided to trust him. I ordered a bunch of boxes, and so I got a chance to meet Marcin when he delivered them. He was super nice, and gave me a sense that I made the right decision. On the day of the move, the other owner, his brother Michael, showed up with two guys about 10 minutes early. They were very efficient, getting started right away and working quickly. They didn't take breaks or complain about anything, and they were all very polite. The truck they showed up in seemed a bit small, and they later concluded that they needed to take two trips. Michael explained that my bookshelves were tall and needed to be laid down on their sides. I was fine with that. They were moving so quickly that they were likely to finish early anyway. I had reserved the loading dock at my new apartment building, but we found that there was another truck already there. The building concierge asked us to move in through the front door. This mix up delayed things by maybe 15 minutes. Michael took it in stride, without complaint. I was very happy with the move, and would use M&M again.

I was very pleased with their work. The movers were very friendly & accommodating, right on time, worked quickly and carefully with my furniture, and very reasonably priced. I could not have been happier with their work. I will definitely use them for future moves.

This is the second time I've worked with Marcin and his company and they were just as amazing this time. Last time was moving a bunch of stuff into storage. This time it was moving the contents of storage out to my 3-bdrm new apartment. It also involved a stop at another location to pick up some things. Their attitude was amazing, they were more than willing to take extra boxes at the end away. Also, there were a few extra things at the second location that I hadn't anticipated. They took it all without a complaint. They were prompt, hard-working and fast. One of their team even sawed the boards down for my son's bed so they would fit. I would not have asked them to do this,but they offered! I explained to Marcin in advance that I'd have to review the boxes in storage at the time of move in order to determine what would go and he was more than willing to deal with this issue. Such service is a rarity today and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. I've moved numerous times across the country and never had such a positive experience as with M&M Moving. Thanks again for making the move such a good one Marcin and team!

If I could give an A+, I would. We were moving from a third-floor walk-up apartment in the city to a house in the suburbs, I was 6 months pregnant and had a 2 year old at home, and my husband was working nonstop. We hired M&M to do all our packing and the move for us. They were excellent! First of all, Marcin and his family crew have the BEST attitudes, so refreshing to work with and took a lot of stress away from a stressful thing like a move. They did absolutely everything, took down numerous boxes to the trash for me even, and were happy to do it. I have moved many, many times both nationally and internationally, and I can say that M&M was by far the best company I have worked with. The flat rate is a great way to go....may seem a bit more expensive in the beginning, but the other moving companies always find a way to get several hundred more dollars out of you. Experienced that many times, and is very frustrating. No such frustration with M&M. M&M is very straightforward, honest, nice to work with, clean and efficient. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend M&M to anyone. Thank you Marcin & family for all your help! We truly appreciate what nice work you did for us.

estimated arrival time was 11:30 -12 but arrived 12:30PM. they did call and let me know that they were running late which was very nice. 3 man crew and they were professional, nice and always asking if they can do something else for me. they were efficient, fast and handled all the furniture very carefully. the 850sqft move was finished by 3:30PM, ahead of my estimated time. i was apprehensive because i did not use moving company for 30 years. 6 moving companies were recommended by condo association(there is so much red tape in high rise moving) and i was able to dismiss 3 companies reading angies list reviews. i contacted 3, 1 could not do it on the day. i am very happy with MM moving company and have already recommended them to others.

I have used M & M moving several times in the past to move my studio. This job was a home move. It was a day after all the huge snowfall in January and I feared they may not be able to do the job. But, they showed up right on time and, we had not finished packing, so I asked if they could get some packing help for us. (In fact, I got my vehicle stuck in a snow pile at one point and they movers came and dug it out for me!) They were able to call some packers and the whole crew worked incredibly hard for the entire day -- packing and moving all of our stuff in the middle of snow, slush and eventually ice. I cannot compliment their professionalism enough. This is a great company and they are very fair in pricing. The additional work we had done on packing cost us so little, I was shocked. I recommend M & M highly -- great work.
