The work proved to be far more extensive than originally estimated d/t extensive rot of underlying structures.Diana did a great job replacing all structures as needed. The completed job looks wonderful & one would never know that clapboard replacement was necessary.We felt the final price was reasonable considering the labor involved. We would highly recommend Diana to other Angie's list members
Description of Work: Removed rotted clapboard below 2 windows on the front of our house,removed rotted structural members.Replaced all rotted wood structures,replaced insulation,plywood underlayment,moisture barrier,then primed replacement clapboard,& painted with matching paint,filled all nail holes & covered with a final coat of matching exterior paint. She also removed all demolition materials from the site.
