I wish I could write positive comments about this company, but for the amount of money I spent on this project I truly expected a smoother transaction.  We were having 6 tv's mounted along with getting Sonos installed throughout the house.  Brian, the owner of the company, showed up on time for the walk through.  As Brian walked around my house talking notes on all of my husband's expectations, Brian assured us that out project was simple and that our job will be taken care in no more than two days.  We are now in June, and Elite first came out in April!!!!  I had to call my husband at least a dozen times throughout the day when Elite arrived, because the team was unsure of what we wanted!!!!  Once tv had to be remounted, the subwoofer they installed was just sitting in my cabinet (after I paid for their cabinetry guy to instal grates for sound quality), the wrong DVD player was ordered AND installed, the electrician never showed the first day and was very late the second day (Strom Electrical).   I wondered where ALL the notes or better yet, where Brian was during this chaotic project....yes that right.....NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!!!It was obvious the owner, Brian, did NOT give the team a heads up on our requests. I will say that the team that were employed to do our job, were polite, professional, and treated my home and electronics with care.
  To top off this very bad experience, Brian NEVER called to apologize for ALL the miscommunication!!!
 BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH ELITE-THEY LIKE TO SELL THEMSELVES AS HIGH END, BUT THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED THUS FAR HAS BEEN FAR FROM IT!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable sales rep walked us patiently through all the options for different set-ups. Came to our house to look at existing wiring and room layouts, then designed a few options at different price points. Walked us through selection of the components and final design and purchase. We waited for components and parts to arrive, then arranged for installation at a convenient time. The technicians who did the installation were prompt, neat, and did a great job setting everything up. The remote controls-perhaps the most complicated part of the set-up-work great and when one of them died within warranty, Elite took it back and gave us a new one. They took care of the warranty claim themselves, saving us a hassle.

Excellent. Two men delivered the TV and did a quick clean job of installing and instructing on use. Their price was competitive with another company and other discount stores, and yet we had the additional advantage of service and guarantees.
