I must let you know this, his wife is a great salesperson. I explained to her my situation with another company not coming unless I could guarantee them a place to park. She stated that the day I had selected would be no problem. Her husband arrived about 20 minutes late, but I was informed that he would be late. Boy was that great; someone actually stating that they would be late. I moved my car, he parked in my space and proceeded to get ready to work. He had completed the work within an hour's time and everything was clean: the stairs and the hallway (he even got a stain off the stairs that had been there for a while). I intend to use them again; I have another apartment that needs rug cleaning and a hallway. I would recommend them without hesitation.

He was right on time, cleaned efficiently but completely, and charged a fair price. Super nice guy, and the office manager who booked my appointment was also great.

I called and left a message and they did not get back to me in a weeks time so I called again and they were extremely apologetic. They came on time and did the work as expected. They were great. I thought the price was a little high but it was not outrageous. He was polite and did a good job.

I had a very good experience with this company. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, they were on-time and they were very professional and thorough.

Excellent. Office manager was delightful. Prompt service date. Professional and on time. Even cleaned the foyer rug on the way out for stuff tracked in during the cleaning.

John did an excellent job and even suggested cleaning an area that I hadn't considered. I was glad he brought it up because it clearly needed to be done and had slipped my mind. I will have him back to clean the second floor rugs after some additional construction is completed in my house.

John did an awesome job. I got quotes from two other companies and JP Carpet cleaning gave me the best price. John was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the job before he left. The carpets look brand new! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

My initial call to the company was very pleasant. We set up an appointment for the following week. John called on the appointed date and said he could come earlier. Fine with me. I waited all day and he never showed. I called the office several times and left a message. The following day I called again and found out that he did come. His wife (secretary) said he rang and rang the doorbell and even knocked on the door. I could not understand why I did not hear the bell. So I checked my doorbell and found out that it was not working. I apologized. He said he would be willing to come back later in the afternoon which he did and do the cleaning. He did an excellent job.

John showed up on time and cleaned the rugs so well, I wish I had thought about getting my upholstery cleaned, too. My five-year-old daughter has a white rug (wall-to-wall) in her room and I've been cleaning it, or trying to, for years. The "walk area" has been grayish for three years now. It is now white again! Really, I couldn't believe the difference--and her whole room looks great, as do the three other rugs I had done.

The appointment was scheduled about two weeks ahead. On the day scheduled, JP called to ask if he could come earlier, which was fine with me. I showed him a number of stains and dirty spots, including an especially bad one where our Golden Retriever likes to sleep at night. He was able to get rid of all of the spots. The rugs looked terrific when he finished. I was very pleased. (I'm not sure I received the Senior Discount).

Great! Showed up early and clearly explained what he'd be doing. Helped me move a heavy piece of furniture that I couldn't do alone. Cleaned my hall carpet as a bonus. Pointed out a wine stain that would not come out, but it looks so much better and the carpets felt soft again.

JP Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job at at great price. I had used Sears carpet cleaning the past 16 years for my rental property, but decided to try a different company this time. JP Carpet Cleaning has the same commercial heavy-duty high strength carpet cleaning equipment as Sears, but their price is 1/2 the price that Sear quoted. The owner of the company, JP Perez is very professional and does all the work himself.

It went very well, he arrived on time, did the work and did it well.

John Perez is a doll, he is my hero. He took a stain out of carpet that two other people were not able to remove. He's always on time, and he calls to warn you that he's on his way. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Rugs had not been cleaned in quite a while, were dirty and had some pet spots on them. JP Carpet Cleaning arrived on time, got the spots out and made the rugs look almost new. Did an excellent and professional job. Total job took about 1.5 hours.

The company did not come on the first appointment scheduled. When I called the company she said I was squeezed between two other customers and over-looked. An apology was extended and we rescheduled. The rest was perfect. John came in set up and cleaned, cleaned, cleaned. He is friendly and we chatted about our dogs.

Arrived exactly on time, handled all work areas quickly and professionally, actually cleaned a small additional upholstered piece for me at a small upcharge ($15) while he was here, was courteous and helpful.

He arrived on time and did an excellent job. He reviewed all the areas to be cleaned before he started. He pointed out some areas where the wall meets the carpet that are quite dark. He said he didn't think he could get those parts completely clean. However, when he was done, the carpets looked great and he had greatly reduced the darkness of those areas. He also got stains out of the love seat that I thought were permanent. This was my last ditch effort to try to avoid reupholstering and it worked!

We needed to have an area rug cleaned. We've had bad to mediocre experiences with other Boston based carpet cleaning professionals. After checking Angie's list and reading the reviews for JP Carpet Cleaning we decided to schedule an appointment. I can honestly say that the experience was wonderful. JP was on time, very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do and then did what he said he'd do (a rarity in our experience!). He really provides a terrific service and should be your first call for any carpet cleaning needs.

I had used the company twice before. I called to schedule, changed the day to about a week later, and arrived on time. When JP was late, I called the office. There was an office mix-up in scheduling but was told he'd be there in 20 minutes. An hour later, he still was not there. I called again and learned that the scheduling mix-up was due to not changing the calendar page and a name mix-up. He would be back at 1 and would meet me then (I confirmed this three times with his wife). I left and returned but when he did not show up at 1:15 I called him. He was rude, said he never told his wife a specific time, and that he would be there in as long as it took him. An hour later he was not there. I called the office, his cell (several times), left messages. No one answered either phone and no calls were ever returned, that day or since. He was a complete no show, to a previously satisfied customer.

John worked quickly and efficiently. He was FAR better than any other cleaners over the years and left our twenty-year old carpet looking like new. He even returned the morning of our open house to do some last minute touch ups. We're sure that his great job is part of the reason we sold our house three days later!

From the day I made the phone call, everything was great. John's wife was so professional and customer friendly, we made the appointment and she gave us an estimate. The actual price was less than the estimate. John arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do and how. He didn't have to plug anything in in my house. Everything was done from the truck. Results? The furniture looks great and the carpets are just like new. He got a very bad stain out that I thought would be impossible. He gave me hints for removing stains. He is a real professional. We have decided that we will have carpets done yearly they look so beautiful. Would hire John again in a heartbeat!

The job went great. They answered the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment for three days later. They showed up right on time and did an amazing job. The carpets all look like new. I had previously rented one of those do-it-yourself steam cleaning machines and used spot remover to try to clean our bedroom carpet. We were giving it up as a lost cause and assuming we would need to buy new wall-to-wall carpeting. I wasn't even sure I'd have J.P. clean it, but when I showed it to John, he thought he could get it clean. He was right. It looks new! Our family room is carpeted right up to the back door where the kids go in and out, so that area was a mess. It looks perfect now. I'm sold! Never again will I waste money on those rental machines, but I will call J.P. again next year.
