Unfortunately for this person, at this time of year I get a high number of calls each day. From time to time I may drop the ball on someone that called and not get back to them unintentionally. I apologize if this happened. However if a person left more than one message for me, I would have been sure to get back to them.

I don't understand why this person gave a review. We did speak on the phone. I let her know that she lived quite away from my service area. I, like her were questioning how my name came up in that service area. For her to give me a review at all is just wrong. Thanks, Fran

Description of Work: I called Fran with a list of small household fix-it items when two other highly rated Handymen on your list had told me it would take months to get to me or the tasks were too small. He very quickly came over to check out the work we wanted done, told me a few things I should buy in advance, and scheduled a time to complete them around a week later. Fran even suggested improvements to the way some of the work could be done. He arrived punctuality and efficiently completed all the tasks. Fran's workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: We always call Fran whenever we need a handyman. He is meticulous about the quality of his work and a great guy, very friendly and fair. We have had him come multiple times over the last couple of years to do everything from grouting to fixing curtain rods and installing shelves.

I CALLED FRAN ON A FRIDAY AND LEFT HIM A MESSAGE ASKING IF HE COULD COME OPEN A STUCK WINDOW AND INSTALL AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT IN IT. HE CALLED BACK LATER AND LEFT A MESSAGE. WE MANAGED TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO COME ON THE SAME DAY, BUT FRAN WAS POLITE AND PROMPT.
