Extremely well. He has done work for me in the past and invariably does it well. I've already started compiling the list for his next visit.

If you are in a hurry he is not the one to call, he is very busy. When we called him in June his availability was August. We did call him in September and he is coming back this month. Fran is great. This year I hadn't called yet about the a/cs, so he checked in with me. We arranged a time and he came and installed them as well as a few other small odd jobs. He's professional and fast and is very reasonable! I highly recommend him!

The deadbolt lock on my basement door suddenly stopped working, and it was just a couple of days before I was scheduled to leave on vacation. I'd seen Handyman Fran's glowing reports on Angie's List, and I'd been meaning to call him to get some other stuff done around the house, but I'd never gotten around to it. So that means he was getting a call from a complete stranger that he'd never done business with before, who was looking for emergency weekend help. I wasn't expecting much of a response. But WOW! was I ever pleasantly surprised. Fran called me back quickly, kept in touch with me over the next day and a half while he juggled his schedule around between work and family, squeezed in some time on SUNDAY to come over to replace the lock, did a great job and charged me a very reasonable price. Like I said .... WOW!

Fran is a highly intelligent, responsive and responsible man. He returns calls promptly, shows up on time, is thoughtful and creative in his problem-solving, very reasonably priced. If you live in an urban area where he might have trouble parking his truck, he may not accept a job. Other than that caveat, I can't think of a better person to help with a myriad of tasks.

Fran's work was professional and thorough for all the jobs he did. He is very busy, so he wasn't available to do the work until a couple of weeks after he came to give an estimate. However, when he had a cancellation, he called me and gave me an earlier date, so I know he had kept me in mind.

As always, it was perfect. Fran does a great job. Fran did the work over a couple of days. The hardest project was installing a new front storm door which was not an easy task. Everything has held up very well.

Fran does excellent work and I will use him again for any small projects we have around the home. He's friendly, professional, trustworthy, and competent!

had purchased 2 storm doors that I needed to have installed. The first one Fran tried to install was the wrong size, but in the process he identified some wood that had begun to rot and needed to be replaced, which he did. After he finished at my house for the day, he had a stop to make at Home Depot, and was kind enough to look at of their selection of storm doors, and even dropped off a brochure afterwards to me. I found his advice on the different types of doors invaluable. The second door was installed without a hitch the following day.

He does a flat fee and no one else does this. So I am in consideration with him.
