B&P Powerwashing

In Early October 2023, Angelo (owner of B&P sealcoating), came out to my house in Ashland and prepared the drive for sealcoating. He was nice & personable. 2-3 days later he came and sprayed the drive with his sealcoat solution. Looked nice. However, 3 months later, in Jan â  24, I noticed bare spots appearing on the driveway. The sealcoating was GONE in a variety of places: a 3 ft long strip about 1 ft wide along one edge, several smaller areas on the opposite side, little spots across the front apron. I notified Angelo ., sent him photos, and he said he would take care of it in the summer of â  24. By the spring, the areas had grown. As these areas receive little or no traffic, and there was very little snow, why was the sealcoating disappearing? I contacted Angelo later, in the spring, and he said he would be out later summer to fix it. Early summer I sent him an email and no answer. Since early August till now I have called him 3 times and left messages, and NO response from Angelo. The season for doing the repair is closing....about 1 month left. I paid Angelo the going rate (compared to 2 other sealcoating bids) and expected the sealcoating to last at least several years before wearing.....NOT 3 MONTHS. Now it is almost a year later and Angelo does NOT answer my calls, has NOT responded in any way. nto my messages. I suspect he waters down his product, creates a thinner coating which starts to disappear quickly. Looks great when done, but does NOT last. Now he has blown me off. This is my only action left. Angeloâ  s service is a rip off. You use him, and you take your chances. I am now eft with a driveway that is looking more like nothing was done less than a year ago. Be forewarned.

I had B&P Power washing today at my home and did not do what he quoted me. He left all the soap on the windows and spilled in my driveway and won't come out. After he left, my husband and I had to clean all the windows and we noticed he didn't power wash were the bushes were. He did the deck and not the railings. He and his son did a horrible job on my home and he charged me $500 for the little bit he did. He made excuses on what happened . I feel I got taken from him for $500. He did a horrible job and my neighbors noticed it as well. He is not a man of his word. Don't use him or you will end up like me....

Evangelos is a tireless, hard working professional who carefully and meticulously plans and conducts his work. I am certain the job he agreed to do for me was more difficult than expected. Yet, he was not phased and did wonderful work.

They missed many areas and left my windows with a residue that I tried 2 times to wash off and then did not power wash my patio.

After the seal caoting dried up I found out spots without sealant.

B & P Sealcoating is a one-man operation (and son on occasion). The owner Has many years of experience, and takes pride in his work and the quality of his sealing product and his application method of doing a thicker coat than his competitors.

Angelo is great to work with. His communication was incredible from start to finish, and he did a great job! I highly recommend working with him.

Seal coating was sprayed on the side of my house. Angelo said it was a gust of wind. He did come to get the sealcoat off the house. I assume by the smell, he used something that smelled like gasoline. I still have the smell in my shed because he threw some stuff in my trash. Just to make things even worse the gasoline type thing he used to the paint off my screen door. He told me I should paint it. He offered nothing. I hire very many people in my life. I have never had a horrible experience like this.
