Very nice job with my porch and driveway

On time, hard working, and listened to what I wanted power washed.

Very disappointed with Angelo. He quoted me $200 on the phone. When he came, he said 450. I agreed because if that is what he required for the job, I trusted he would do a great job. He was to clean mildew off of a balcony. When I checked his work, there was still a great deal of mildew on the balcony, and he said, "Do not worry, the rain will wash it away," which I thought was odd since it had not washed it away in the past, which is why I needed a power washer professional. He also power washed my patio, which was tiled with travertine, and he expressed a number of times how much he hated the tiles. When he completed the job, I noticed he missed a bunch of areas. I called him back from the street, and he came back and gave excuses why he did not do that area. He took my hose and rinsed the area that I showed him but missed. After he left, I took the hose and rinsed the tiles again because they really did not look clean (to which he said it was the color of my tiles), and when I rinsed the tiles, more and more dirt came off. I was very upset and called him to come back and please complete the job since I paid him cash and a very high price. He said he would come back Sunday. Sunday, I texted him, and he said his cousin was hit by a car, and he was in the hospital with him. He would call me today to let me know when he would come back. I texted him today, and he never responded. I would use caution when hiring him. He came to me on a Friday afternoon, so maybe he was tired and burned out from the week, but he did a very subpar job and I would never use him again. When you hire a professional, you expect to have the job done, and that is it. I have been dealing with this since Friday. It is now Monday night. I told him to refund a portion of the money if he prefers, instead of coming back, since I have to hire someone else now to finish the job, and he did not respond.

Came on time and did excellent work

Unfortunately, the vegetation was not removed from my patio roof which needed to be done in order for the roof to be sealed. The explanation given to me was that it couldn't be removed by them as the roofer needs to do it. He felt that the removal could make holes in the roof which would cause other problems. Other than that problem, they did a very good job cleaning the patio floor, furniture, walls and shutters. I felt he was a little expensive. I am happy with the job. I would definitely recommend Angelo.

Reliable, on-time, and excellent job

Great communication with Angelo. He was very transparent on when they were able to accommodate and complete the job. We had to shift around the date due to weather, but we were able to get the job complete the following day. House looks great and did it at a very fair price.
