I called and was able to get a same day appointment. They were professional, showing up on time and working efficiently.

Matthew was responsive to my email inquiry and we were able to schedule a day and time for him to come out easily. He confirmed by phone a day in advance and texted me to let me know when he was on his way to the house that I'm renting. The home owner had left behind a lot of junk, but also some furniture that I could use if moved to a more appropriate location. Matthew arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Matthew and one assistant moved several large pieces of furniture (including a big desk and a bedroom set) from the 2nd floor of the house to the basement. He also hauled away a few pieces of junk furniture, electronic devices, mattresses and other random stuff that the home owner had left behind. He and his assistant were quick and polite. I plan to use them again soon.

Matthew and assistant arrived right on time after calling earlier to confirm our appointment. I had items to be removed on 3 levels of my townhouse. We discussed what needed to be removed, agreed on a very reasonable price and they did the job. I was extremely pleased with their service and their professionalism. I was especially happy to hear about their recycling and to learn how they dealt with cans of paint, etc. I definitely recommend them.

I called Matt on a Monday and he scheduled me tentatively for Thursday. He called back Wed. night to confirm. He showed up a bit early on Thursday and he and his two helpers were ready to get to work when my wife arrived t let them in. My wife gave the details of all the things that needed throwing out (e.g., "take this, but this stays, etc.") and Matt remembered all the instructions without having to ask again. They were in and out in just over an hour and filled their large truck. To compare, I had a similar sized clean-out done about a year earlier by another contractor. That experience was good. But Bayles was far less expensive, had a smaller crew, and got the job done a bit faster. My wife and I were very pleased.

Extremely good communication skills. They were prompt and hard-working. They made the appointment and followed through. They checked to make sure that everything was ok,made sure that everything was done safely and that I was happy. I would highly recommend them.

Matt came out the day I called to do the estimate then he did the job a few days later, which is what we needed. He called to confirm the appointment, was punctual, and I would not hesitate to use his services again. Mine was too small a job for other junk hauling services but Matt was able and willing. We didn't find any valuable treasures but he did get to take away some scrap metal.

I found Matt's ad for free scrap metal removal on Craigslist and called him in the morning. He swung by that evening and picked up a full truck load of scrap metal that I had aquired when I purchased a property. He couldn't get it all in one trip and returned the following morning to remove the rest. He did this for free, with a smile, and earnestly. He will also haul trash and do clean outs as well.
