Bayles Removal Unlimited

Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with from my initial call to our handshake upon completion. Although the day was rainy and cold he didn't want to reschedule. He and his helper, William, actually came early (after calling to ensure it was OK). They were exceptionally careful with everything they moved and watched carefully not to bang anything as they moved things through a very crowded basement. They went above and beyond to make the move as easy and clean as possible, insisting on using the basement stairs that led directly outdoors but were steeper than the inside staircase. They didn't want to track in any mud or possibly scratch an inside staircase. They worked quickly and with continual smiles even as they hauled an extremely old standup freezer out of the basement and into the rain. I was impressed with their skill level, easily handling very heavy items up the stairs, but even more impressed with their overall upbeat, service-oriented demeanor. They never complained once even when the list continually grew. They were exceptionally professional. I highly recommend Matthew and his company, Bayles Removal Unlimited. I will definitely use Bayles again when I get around to cleaning out the attic!

Everything went excellent. This was an Angie's List Big Deal coupon. After purchasing the coupon I contacted Bayles to setup a pickup date at my home. I had a very tight schedule because of some upcoming travel, so the only real time I had open was on Friday afternoon. The guys made the trip out, through rainy Friday afternoon rush-hour traffic, from Peabody to my home in Franklin. Once at my home they were quick and thorough in picking up the various items I needed removed from all around my yard and were back on their way within 30 minutes. I did pay an additional travel charge due to the distance they had to travel to my house, but they let me know about that up-front and I found the charge to be more than fair.

After I purchased the coupon I called Bayles Removal Unlimited and scheduled a pickup date. On that day Matt came down with a helper and removed the items that I had put aside without any problem. I would definitely call him again when I need to get rid of more hard to dispose of items.

I have accumulated alot of clutter in my house and decided it was time to do something about it. I had an old fridge that needed to be removed, several old TVs, and lots of other junk. I got an email from Angieslist about a coupon for Bayles and after reading the reviews decided to use them. I called Matt on the phone, he described me the service and what date was available and I booked it. Matt was completely professional in his responsiveness, punctuality and work. They removed all the material without causing any damage and cleaned up after themselves. I was even a little over the five cubic yards but Matt let is go. I would recommend him without reservation.

Perfect - Matthew and John (?) were fast and careful and courteous. UPDATE 3 weeks later: Still waiting for the receipt for donated items. UPDATE: changed rating to D for disappointed. I asked Matthew if he could give me a receipt for materials he donated and he said yes. He took away some junk and even more serviceable pieces. I have given up on asking for the receipt. So, I paid for his service twice - once in his fee, again in the lost tax deduction. I wish I had used a hauler who an Angie's List member said was very good about donation receipts; instead I used Bayles because it was a Big Deal and therefore cheaper. What a mistake. UPDATE 2: Finally got a receipt. What an unnecessary ordeal.

I emailed Bayles Removal through Angie's List. Matthew called me right away to arrange a convenient pick-up time. He arrived right on time and got the job done fast. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

Matt and his crew were friendly and professional. They arrived on time (within the 30 min window they stated) and finished quickly. Matt made sure the hard disk was removed fromt he PC to ensure maintaining my personal information - I had already done this, but I was impressed he asked if it was done.

I was very impressed with Matt. He was extremely professional, courteous and responsive, as was his assistant that came with him. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment, showed up as promised, quickly and efficiently completed the job. He kept me updated with everything he was doing as he went, which was nice. It all went very smoothly and I felt it was a really good price for all that he hauled away. I couldn't have been happier with his service, and I agree with all of the other reviews I read here on Angie's List that say he was great!

For us, it couldn't have been any easier. Phone calls were returned promptly, scheduling worked out fine, they called when they were on their way, they arrived on time, they did all the work quickly and efficiently, and the price was right. We'll use them again when we tackle the attic!

It went very smoothly and quickly.

They called and asked if they could come a little early, which was fine. They showed up, took a look and gave me a good price. I told them to do it and they got right to work and did a great job.

We had a boatload (or what Matthew calls a Truckload) of stuff to go out since my beloved sister's death, unexpectedly, this past Christmas. We also have my daughter and her boyfriend moving in to Claire's place downstairs, so we had to expedite the removal of the old to make space for the new. Also, we'd decided to include several (heavy) items we ourselves no longer needed upstairs. We saw Matthew Bayles had the highest possible ratings on Angie's List, and went for it. Matthew arrived promptly to make the estimate, and realistically figuring in the snowstorm we were in for, gave us a day later in the week. He and Scott showed up promptly on the day designated - in fact asked if they could come early. We had no problem with that. As indicated above, despite the fact that by the day he arrived, we'd "added on" a considerable number of items and work, Matthew had no problem doing the job quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Matthew charges (at this writing) $583 for a "Full Truckload" - which is less than we expected to say the least.

They did a great job of taking away a lot of heavy stuff. Also took a piano, which we paid extra for. We had spoken about that possibility on the phone prior to the work being done. Good communication, came on time, no problems with their work

Matthew Bayles returned my call the same day and arranged for pick up the next day. He arrived within 20 minutes of the time we scheduled and called in advance to let me know he was running a little late. The service was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely use his services again.

Came out in 2 days time. And on time.

The two men and truck showed up a bit before their scheduled arrival time. The men went right to work, kept at it steadily and efficiently, finished the job in fifteen minutes or so. They took everything, left me a clean driveway. I thought they were terrific. I'd subscribed to an Angie's List promotion in which the firm would charge $150 for $300 worth of removal work. The arrangement worked well, even though I didn't know exactly what $300 of work would look like. Yes, I'd be happy to use these people again. I thought they knew what they were doing, and did the job well.

Matthew arrived when he said he would, quickly scoped out the small job and dropped his price a bit. He then immediately got to work with an assistant, cleared out all my junk, took his payment and was gone. Quick and easy!

They showed up when they said they would, and everything was great!

It went fine, there where no issues. They took the things and left. They where pleasant and did a good job.

Fellows seemed genuinely like they wanted to be sure they did a good job. It was a Angie's List Deal so it was a good price. Showed up with a good sized truck, did an efficient job, were very friendly even when I was dawdling deciding to keep or throw out a few things (I'm a pack rat! Hard to part with things!) Took stuff from several locations on the property without a fuss. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I was completely pleased with the level of communication, and service provided. I left a message with Matt regarding what I needed done which was promptly returned, and we set up a time and date. They were on time, and well prepared. I had a cider block wall at the back of my driveway that I broke up with a 10# sledge hammer and needed removed. I contacted Matthew, we made an appointment, and on the day agreed, he and his associate arrived promptly to remove the rubble. It was windy and rainy, but thankfully the temperature for December was mild. There was around 2.5 cubic yards of rubble, and they were quick and friendly about the removal. This was not glamourous work, but they took it all in stride. Not sure they really want this kind of work, but I would absolutely recommend Bayles for removal.

The Company was extremely professional, from the emails that were sent to set up the appointment and confirm details, through to the communication on the day when the men were about to arrive. The guys were very friendly and professional and quick.
