They were quick and they moved things out of the way in the basement to get to the junk I pointed to. They didn't complain, were friendly and patient with me deciding what to throw out and what I should keep that I might use.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They were terrific, removed what I had to remove and were very good. They also were courteous and on time.

He set up the appointment, checked back with me a few times, arrived promptly and got the work done. Did an excellent job - I'd recommend him without reservation. Cheerful, prompt, professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They ended up taking more away so I paid a little bit extra. It was a reasonable amount for the extra, which was great. They were great. They were quick. There were in and out within half an hour so it was good.

Excellent. Matthew Bayles and his helper are professional, thorough, and courteous. I had more junk than I knew, behind some attic eaves, and they took it all, as well as materials from the basement. Matthew was careful to be sure he took all I wanted him to, without taking anything I was keeping, as I had him come out the day before I was moving out. Matthew also worked hard to fit me in, though I only called a few days in advance.

Arrived on time and provided service as promised. Used Angies list coupon for discount for 5 cubic yards of removal and paid $100.00 for additional removal.

Bayles service was great. Called one day and they were out the next day to haul away a good amount of junk from my home. Got the big deal for $129 and that's the price they stuck with after coming out to survey the job. I would definitely use Bayles again if I ever have a need for junk removal.

We found out about Bayles Removal Service via Living Social and I'm really glad we did. When I called Matt to make an appointment, he gave me a slot within two weeks of the date of the call. He took all of my information and also gave me an appointment window. On the day I had scheduled, he called in advance to let me know he was on his way and how close he was. He was very professional at the house and hauled away 10 cubic yards as promised. While he was taking away some old construction debris he was friendly and personable. As a result of this experience we hired him again to remove more stuff from our yard. In fact we are planning on having hime come by one more time in the near future.

Matt was and is a great guy. The issue I had was that there was a difference of opinion between what he thought the coupon covered and what was written on Angie's List. I did NOT get what I paid for, but I honestly felt bad for Matt - seemed like a great guy, and I didn't want him losing money. I knew the coupon/price was too good to be true. There was no way he was going to be able to get rid of 5 yards of rubbish for $129. Matt and Angies list need to get on the same page. Matt probably broke even and I basically got stiffed.

Matthew and his assistant were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They prioritized the items for the most efficient removal, and were done within half an hour. I've been waiting for these things to be removed for a long time and with Bayles Removal Service it made short work of a tough job. I would recommend them anytime. Very professional and courteous. I purchased a Big Deal coupon through Angie's list for this service. The service was ok but it took several calls for our service to be scheduled. Also, they rescheduled several times, which seemed a little unprofessional. When they finally did come they came with a truck already full, so they didn't remove as much debris as the coupon specified. They did however, work quickly and clean up appropriately.

Arrived on time. Had contacted me the day before and the morning of to let me know when to expect them. They hauled away all of the items that we asked them to take.

It was wonderful! They were on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Matthew Bayles called prior to arrival, and was on time. He is a personable and capable young man. Very professional demeanor we spoke of the amount of space purchased and the amount of items he could accommodate in that space. We spoke of overage costs and a return date. He and I walked through the house (basement and attic) to view just what I wanted removed, as I had specific items to be removed. We discussed his moving strategy and the work began. I was very pleased with the removal of the items, they were careful removing the attic materials, as they had to navigate through the house to the front door. He will be coming back to remove materials outside of the house. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is interested. cle

They arrived a little late due to traffic but were very apologetic. No worries. They were professional and courteous, even when carrying a couple of quite large CRT televisions. Took everything we wanted to discard. It's nice to have some extra room in the house and garage. We will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.

Very well. Scheduling was easy. I was appreciative of them using email to schedule and phone to confirm and coordinate on the day of hauling. Low effort on my part as once I showed them the stuff, they loaded it, swept the floors and were on their way.

The experience was unlike other hauling I have dealt with, Matt simply sized up the pile of junk and took as much as he possibly could. He was quick, well prepared and professional. The service may not be ideal for removal of loose construction debris but if you can box/bag up your junk to make for easy removal, then the price and service cannot be beat. I will definitely be using them again.

I couldn't ask for an easier time of getting rid of unused items from our home. Some of it, extremely heavy.

Matthew Bayles is very personable, as he returned calls promptly. We scheduled a future date and he called ahead of his arrival for the pickup. He removed dangerous debris, such as wood with rotten nails, heavy and wet sheetrock, plaster and more. I wasnt sure how much trash equalled 5 yards, which is what the coupon included. Im sure that I exceeded that amount but bayles was very kind to remove everything in the yard. There was not one nail or piece of paper left on the ground when they finished. The yard was impeccable upon completion. I am very grateful for their services and recommend this company very highly. I plan to use them for future projects, which will be my spring cleaning of the basement and closets. Thank you Matthew.
