He was very nice, and friendly. It was a good deal for the amount of stuff he hauled away.

They arrive as scheduled and got right to work. It took two men about an hour working very hard. They swept out the basement afterwards. We had one other estimate. It was $500 to $600 compared to Bayles' $350. We have no complaints.

It went well and he was good. He was on time, he did what he said he would do. He seems a pleasant enough person. He ran a good business. I would use them again.

Matthew Bayles was very prompt getting back to me after I had left a message requesting service. They arrived on time, took stock of what they were going to pick up, and then got to work. It all went very smoothly, I was even able to add a few more items to the pile of "junk". It took less than an hour, and they cleaned up after as well. I had an Angie's List Big Deal coupon, but even without that I think it would have been reasonable for what they took, compared to some other better known companies.

After having significant flooding in my basement which continues.....These folks came in and without hesitation, and polite and respectful, just took the stuff away. Was hard to look at having lost so many items due to the flooding etc....and was nice to see it gone quickly! Matt and William are terrific, polite, and expedited the whole process - and were on their way, and I was on my way back out to go on my way through my day. Less than an hour - done!

Bought an Angie's List Big Deal from them when we had to clear out a rental home from people who trashed the property. Went as easy as could be. Came on time on the right date. Very professional and very efficient. Great deal for a great team of workers. Even helped bring a few broken TV's to the main floor that wouldn't fit in the truck so it was easier for us to deal with later. Would definitely recommend.

This (the dirt) is not the sort of thing Bayles Removal is equipped to haul away. However, because I'd purchased a coupon assuming that this was the sort of thing included in the offer, he honored it and did the job anyway. I was impressed. Matthew and his assistant were kind, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this provider. Bayles Removal is out to build a strong business, not gouge its customers.

They were very professional. Called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up right on time. They were effecient and did an excellent job. I would highly reccomend them and use them again.

Very easy to schedule - got a confirmation email and then a phone call on the day. They were already in the area and politely asked if they could come early. Cleared the junk quickly and professionally. I knew I was probably over the five cubic for the deal but they gave me a price before they started and it was extremely fair. This is where other haulage companies scam you so I was relieved they were so reasonable. Would def use again.

I used Bayles Removal Unlimited as a result of an Angie's List Deal. Initially I called and left a message. Called again the next day and spoke with Matthew. A date and time for him to come was set up and I was given an estimated time of arrival. On the day of the service I found there to be good communication in terms of arrival time. The job was done quickly, efficiently and carefully by Matthew and an assistant. I found Matthew to be very personable and enjoyed doing business with him.

I purchased the 'big deal' offered by these guys and was able to schedule a pickup just a couple of days later. My job was a pretty crappy/difficult job for them. 22 medium-sized boxes full of a combination of old plaster and broken down lathes, plus a metal sink and a rusted out metal sink base. Plus I live on the 3rd floor. Plus we don't have AC installed yet so it was about a billion degrees. I was frankly assuming that the big deal would not cover removing all of the waste I had piled up, but was planning to pay whatever extra would be charged for them to take it all. To my surprise, they took the whole lot of it and only charged me an extra $30 (said that was because plaster waste incurs a harzardous waste charge at the dump). Even at full price, I'm thinking these guys would be a better deal than 1-800-got-junk (whom I've used in the past). Will likely be using them again as I continue through my own personal h*** of tearing down endless horsehair plaster walls and ceilings.

Mathew called ahead of time, to see if I would be around at a certain time, and said they were on their way and would be there within 30 minutes or so (right on schedule). They showed up and the job was completed much quicker than I expected. Mathew and his team are very professional, and personable, and they made hauling heavy, bulky stuff look effortless. Also, Angela, in the office, is delightful to deal with by email. I would definitely hire this company again, and share their name with friends that need any kind of removal services.

They removed more that what was required and did it extremely quickly. They were super professional and I would absolutely use them again.

They were perfect. I emailed them after purchasing a coupon from Angie's List. I gave them a month's notice for when I needed the work done, so they could accommodate the date. They called the day before saying they could come earlier than originally planned or the following day (which I opted for so I had a little more time to collect my junk). They arrived on time, loaded the truck up and were in and out in less than an hour. I had purchased a coupon for 5 cubic yards of stuff to be picked up. When I asked for a reference (since I had a hard time imagining what 5 cubic yards was) they said roughly the size of 5 washing machines. I had a bit more than that, but it wasn't a problem. They were super nice and very accommodating, and since my basement clean out is not done, I will be calling them again.

The company was very gracious about fitting us in on a tight schedule before our open house. The two workmen were personable and efficient. They arrived when expected and were done 20 minutes later. It was easy and we would do this again.

Bought this through one of the Angie's List special deals. They did a good job. I'd definitely use them again, even if not at quite this good deal price.
