They did a great job. I contacted him a week on advance to check on their schedule. He got back to me within a day. I asked if they could call me a few hours before they would arrive. He was a little late but he did call to let me know. All in all, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again!!!

It went very well. Were easy to schedule. They removed everything I had on the list is a quick and efficient manner. I had many large items such as an old sink & refrigerator,couch, mattress and a few other unwanted items that were either heavy or bulky. I would recommend andI will probably use them again.

It was very easy to schedule the pick-up, they called about 30 minutes before the arrived, they came on the day/within the time-frame arranged, and were efficient, skilled, and professional in doing the work. I was very pleased with this company's service.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine. I would have them back. I ended up paying them an additional amount of $250 to clear more stuff out. It wasn’t that they were charging me more for the same amount of stuff. I added more stuff. This is the first time that I’ve used them and it went just fine. It was the hottest day on earth and they came in and took my stuff. They seemed fine and it wasn’t that difficult. They were quick and cleaned up. These are the people you would call if your father is a hoarder and you just want to get rid of everything. In fact, they had done a hoarder earlier that day.

Fast response and scheduling to pick up and remove an old piano from my house. Communication was excellent, pick up was on time as scheduled, and the staff was polite and professional. I had bought a coupon in January from Angie's List for $129.00 to have junk hauled away. I was still adding to the pile in my garage, so I did not call for service until July (the coupon was set to expire in a few weeks) I sent an email. Bayles promptly called me to arrange a pickup day and time. I emailed them the list of items to be hauled away and we set up a pickup day for three days later. Two very pleasant men backed up their truck into the driveway, checked with me what needed to be taken away and quickly loaded the items onto the truck. I was very pleased with their service.

called and booked a junk pickup a week before the date. At first they werent sure if they could fit me in but they would get back to me. They called the next day and said they would be at my house the following saturday. At 9 00 am the day of the appointment they called and said that it wasnt going to work out for that day and they wanted to rebook. They were very apologetic however I was starting my vacation and I would have left the night before. Now I realize why because of the BIG DEAL that is posted they are overbooked!!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He did fine. My understanding that was he was going to take things to various places to be reused. My understanding was that they would organize it by what could be reused and not just trash it at the dump. They were very helpful and very nice. They showed up on time and took care of everything. I didn't have any worries about what they were doing. I was really pleased that they were taking that extra stuff. They were very good.

After a home remodeling, I needed several large pieces of old furniture hauled away, plus the usual junk. Bayles Removal was prompt and courteous.

They arrived on time, filled the container/bin with the items we indicated and left.. All as agreed and as expected. . The price includes the surcharge for the bricks. Considered giving a "B" for quality because the remnants of the debris and brick piles were not swept clean - but not sure we should have expected that so left the "A" rating.

Many trips had to be made up & down stairs leading from the house. Matthew and another worker (can't recall his name) worked non stop up & down hauling junk to be discarded. It was a back breaking work and they remained pleasant and professional the entire time. They were great!

They emailed me promptly about setting up an appointment and they told me they would be there between 12-2 on the scheduled day. They arrived just after noon and didn't bat an eye when I showed them what was going out. The two men picked up the pieces and placed them in the truck like a jigsaw puzzle. They identified themselves, gave me their business card and went to work. They were incredibly efficient and did a great job. They did all of this in the incredible heat we've been having. I had lots of things that had piled up that I couldn't remove without help. They made it look easy and I have a lot more space to sort out the newer items at home. I would happily use them as soon as I have another sort and clean out.
