Bayles Removal Unlimited

Matt Bayle called me to let me know that he was on his way (I always appreciate this part of the service). He arrived between the hours they stated. Matt and his co-worker were very professional. It cost me $30 more for them to remove the 4 TVs, but it was totally worth it. They were finished within the hour and Matt had me check out the space that was emptied to make sure that everything looked good. Great service. Would definitely use them again.

Matt Bayles was responsive, upfront about the additional cost beyond the Big Deal price, and when they arrived and removed our debris, he was nice, professional, and prompt. I purchased a Big Deal as we needed fencing and concrete removed, and the Big Deal details mentioned that additional costs would be applicable if there were heavy items such as concrete to haul. When I spoke with Matt, he explained that any extra costs would be determined by the exact items, but that we could expect about an additional $40. This was still reasonable, so I bought the Deal. Scheduling was a bit further out than ideal, but we didn't have to wait too long. He showed up on time, assessed the concrete and told me that an additional $50 would cover the concrete. Since our concrete included a fence post, again, this seemed reasonable. He and his assistant were courteous, professional, and called to let me know when they were leaving. I would definitely use their service again.

I purchased one of the the Angieslist deals to try these guys out. They were very responsive, arrived on time and what would of taken me hours took them 10 minutes. I will be using them again in the future.

This company was excellent to work with. I had to reschedule my original appointment and they were very accommodating. They came on time and did the job. I was charged a little additional because I had more contents then the coupon allowed, but it was reasonable.

Bayles immediately returned my phone call for service and we made an appointment that was scheduled out far enough to indicate that they're busy but not too far out for my needs. I got reminder calls ahead of time and a call on the day of service estimating the time of arrival. Bayles arrived right on time and got down to business. I had three locations throughout the house and property when I had piled my junk, including couches, chairs, and other bulky and assorted hosehold junk. They were polite, burly, and fast workers. I'd hire these guys again in a second.

I was impressed. The provider removed all of the trash/debris from my backyard and even swept it when he was finished. I would definitely use him again. He was punctual and polite.

Terrific. Quickly got in touch after I purchased the coupon. They called when en route and were quick and efficient in their work.

I called. They came. They hauled. Good and cheap.

It went fine, the deal was for 4 cubic yards, I walked the job with him and he didn't say anything about the amount of debris. About 2/3 of the way through hauling stuff out he said they were at 5 cubic yards and he would have to charge me another $50. Not a huge deal, I wasn't / didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me, but it would've been nice to hear that when we walked through the basement & thirdfloor. I'd like to think I'm a fairly level reasonable person, and it probably was more than 4 cubic yards, but for the unreasonable person it's most likely to hear there will be a price increase from the outset... thatsall.

Matthew arrived within the time window he promised. He and his assistant introduced themselves and gave me a business card. They surveyed the items to be removed and then got right to work. They accommodated my request to take some additional items, including some snow tires, for which there was a small additional charge. After they loaded the truck they swept the garage (what a pleasant surprise!). Matthew also gave me some information about selling or donating other items.

They never called back - their phone goes into answering service mode...

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were awesome guys! It was a great deal. Basically they were on time, they were nice guys, they were personable, and very efficient in getting the stuff out. I would definitely recommend them. I was short of cash that day but I really wanted to give them a tip. The Big Deal was $129, that was how much it cost and that was the final price but they were so good I really wanted to give them extra but I couldn't at that day. It was worth every penny. It was awesome! I will definitely use them again. I don't know what their regular prices are like.

It was amazing! Matthew was so patient with me. I must have cancelled the dates 3 or 4 times. Something kept coming up that i had to be somewhere else. Matt and his helper were gentlemen from the beginning to the end. They were respectful, funny, thorough, understanding of my needs, accepting of my messy back yard and just nice. I would use them and recommend them to anyone who askes. Actually, I told a few friends who are thinking of fall yard work to look him up.

Contractor came to my house to assess the work I wanted done and after many phone calls and a prolonged delay finally sent me an estimate for the additional costs. I then attempted on many occasions to call the contractor to set up a date to have the work done. He never called me back or responded in any way. Terrible company!

The experience was as smooth and professional as it could be. The owner of the company was on the trip along with one of his employees. My appointment was in the afternoon. Even after a full day of work they were still very courteous, upbeat, and diligent with completing the task. First they assessed all the work that needed to be done, and then they started right in. Within 30-45 min, they had all the basement cleared out, swept, and looking great. I would definitely recommend Bayles to anyone in the future who needs this type of work done.

Awesome. Outstanding. Excellent Customer Service. Best Price. I've been doing my research and reading reviews. Angie's List to the rescue and sends me a coupon from Bayles to get rid of all the stuff that's accumulated over the years of renovation, etc. Bayles communicated with me by the message system in Angie's List and everything went really great! Keep in mind, that since the messages are going through Angie's List, the notification of the message may end up in your spam folder or even not arrive as fast as if it was through regular email. Bayles Removal is professional and I plan on recommending them to anyone that needs to get rid of stuff.

Bayles removal were easy to get in contact with. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. My only critique is that they mixed up our new and old address. Therefore they could not come at the scheduled time. Nevertheless, I clearly recommend this company and will likely use them again.
