Bayles Removal Unlimited

I handled scheduling the service, but was not present for the actual trash hauling. I did find that there was a lot of back and forth to manage to schedule the service, and they tried to convince me to spend more than what I spent on the coupon, though I made it clear from the beginning that they should only haul what the coupon covered.

Matthew set a date, explained the process and that he would call just before they arrived. Everything went as he said it would. He was clear, courteous and very pleasant and positive. He was efficient and had a very organized system.

He did an awesome job. Great, great experience. Would hihgly recommend them. In fact I just did that and my friend said he did a great job for them as well.

Showed up on time. Very polite. Very quick work.

Friendly, professional crew. They attempt to recycle materials and objects that have value, so they were letting us know how the old filing cabinets and tables and chairs might find a new life, as they loaded the truck. Really, the whole job took less than 20 minutes, from start to clean-up.

Great. For removing only the metal fence posts with concrete bases + 25' of pipe, other places were quoting around $400. Bayles took away everything + 48' of 6-foot high fence. Prompt, fast removal. I was able to get a quote after emailing over pictures of the material. (They also accept pics by text.) I plan to use them in the future.

Overall it was a good experience. I was on a tight deadline and while they were not able to come on the week that I preferred, they did come the following week. Plan on at giving them a 1 or 2 week notice from when you call. They could be a bit more responsive with returning email and phone calls, but the did come when they said they would, and they did a good job removing the trash and cleaning up afterward. When they arrived they said I would have pay an extra $100 based the the amount of and type of materials they were hauling (specifically, the pressure treated railroad ties were the problem they said). If I knew it was going to be $100 dollars more, I would have just rented a dumpster, but they were professional and did a good job with the removal.

I thought Bayles Removal Unlimited's price was good but when he got here he said he needed a lot more money and we negotiated but I felt that I was misled by the coupon. He said because it weighed more, he would charge more but the deal was per cubic yard and said nothing about weight. He kept putting me off.

Got the special offer from Angie's list. Scheduled online, they showed up on time, did what they had to, no problem whatsoever. I wish all the service companies were like them.

They called to see if they could come early which was great and took care of everything including cutting down an old broken glider swing in about a half hour. They did a great job and we would definately hire them again.

This guy, Matthew Bayles is just fantastic: came exactly when he said he would, took all sorts of big and bigger junk from my yard and basement (including huge and heavy cement berms), plus threw in one or two items I thought of at the last minute. AND, I couldn't believe how Mr. Bayles and his helper worked. Another good thing is he takes credit cards.

Bayles contacted me back after I left him a voice message. We set the date for 9/19/13 from 10AM - 2PM and they showed up around 12:00PM and took away everything I asked them to take away. Very professional and easy to talk to.

Arrived promptly. Very courteous.Worked rapidly to do his job and thoroughly cleaned up after his job was completed. Also responded to my call the same day I placed it. Gave me an agreeable appt. I can not say enough good about this young man and will certainly recommend him to others.

When we connected via phone I reserved a weekend appointment about 3 weeks out. As I recall we were given a 2-3 hour window. A crew of 2 arrived as promised with a moving truck and cheerfully went straight to work. Between our debris and yard waste we had more to dispose of than our Big Deal covered, but they were able to help us out by taking more than we expected.

It went very well, they showed up when they said they would and were very efficient at removing the junk to be hauled away.

Excellent. The service was efficient, professional and cost effective. I would use Bayles again in the future - no question!

Event went very well. The crew arrived on time and dove right in. Pleasant, professional, and no problems or complaints whatsoever. Excellent experience.

They responded to my email quickly and arranged a pick up for the same week. The only downside was they threw away my dumster bag with the waste.

Matt was fully accommodating and returned my calls, even calling a half an hour before he showed up. We had to schedule it about two and a half weeks out as he was really busy. He even honored a coupon rate for the job.

Awesome. The deck lumber had been sitting for 10 years. No problem. Old building materials. No problem. Cast Iron Chiminea. No problem. All gone in a couple hours. No complaints. Great price.

I needed the junk removed within a week. Bayles was unable to meet that schedule. I believe they truly acted in good faith and tried to meet my needs. If I had another week, they would likely have been able to perform the service. Their customer service is an A

We had an excellent experience with Bayles Removal Unlimited. I had bought an Angie's List Big Deal that included junk hauling of up to 5 cubic yards. I was able to schedule the pickup promptly, they arrived on time and completed the work very fast. I was also impressed that they did not nickel-and dime over the exact amount to be picked up. They took away whatever I wanted them to. Very satisfied and would use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were there within the time promised. They were both polite and cooperative and they hauled out a great deal of heavy junk in record time and cleaned up any debris left behind.
