They called and gave us a few choices for dates for pickup. They called to confirm and showed up on time and hauled away all of our junk. They were courteous and quick. We would definitely use them again.

I called Bayles before buying the offer in order to make sure they were available in the timeframe i needed. They were very friendly on the phone and gave me a date and time window when they'd be in my general area. We scheduled the appointment and I made the purchase on Angie's List. Before the agreed upon date, they called to confirm my appointment. On the given day, they showed up within the planned window. After i gave them an overview of what was to be trashed, they carefully maneuvered my sofa down the stairs without any damage to the walls. They continued with the loveseat and the rest of the basement trash and left me with a clean basement. It was a great, fast experience and i would definitely recommend them to others!

Bought this "deal" as a gift for our son, who had yard and a home project debris to dispose of at his home in another town from ours. The owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating to us all in making all arrangements with our son, daughter-in-law and myself. This was an Angie's List coupon. We've purchased several coupons but this was the best, by far. Matthew and his team are very nice, professional and fast. We had a lot of junk and I thought it might have been too much. But they removed it all and were done in less than 15 minutes. They even swept out the garage floor! We're going to be doing a major renovation soon and I'm sure we'll be calling them. Awesome job.
