I would have given an A, but had hard time getting thru - left several messages but no call back -- also - price is a bit high - you find other deals for cheaper price - i.e. 4 yards of removal for $65

Within the 2 hour window I was given, they arrived about 10 minutes before the end. It didnt take that long for them to remove everything, which was nice. They left behind a few scrap pieces (which is annoying because I wanted the pile completely gone).

They were very professional and prompt in their service. They took care of everything and cleaned up afterwards.

The guys called first to confirm arrival time (plus a courtesy reminder call the day before - great communication!), showed up punctually. Mr. Bayles evaluated the job, informed me that old car tires would be an extra $2 each and the big TV $10 each (he did not charge me for the little TV) because the town dump charges that to him. Totally fair - my town charges the same. He did pause at the barrel full of coal clinkers and say he would have to find out if it's legal for him to take that and get back to me later. It's really heavy so he didn't take it but said he passes my house almost daily and could easily get it later if there is a legal place to dump it. They took everything else - rotten old pieces of wood, rusty metal doohickeys, including some very heavy pieces but these guys are strong! They took all kinds of junk that I had recently cleared out of my garage, plus some stuff in the basement which they removed being careful to follow my directions of what to take and what was staying. They were careful, fast, and polite, and I am so happy with my newly cleared out basement and driveway!

I had a coupon for 6 cubic yards of junk removal. They arrived on time, were professional and personable. I was told on arrival that I might have more in the garage than the coupon covered and that I might have an additional fee. After the truck was loaded, Mr Bayles said there were 2 additional cubic yards for which he charged me a discounted rate of $75.

Matthew called 1 hour before the scheduled time he was to come to my house. I was happy that I was home so he could come early. Matthew was very polite and very personable. He made sure everything that I wanted removed was gone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If I have anything else that needs to be removed I will call him back.

They were delayed by going to my home address rather than the address supplied in my notes, but they still got the correct location in time to complete during the window.

It went very well; they were there early and were done in no time. As I said above we were a little over in weight per the terms of the deal but they charged us a small amount extra and took away everything for us.

I purchased a Big Deal for removal of 5 cubic yards of materials from my basement and garage. When I contacted Matthew Bayles, he quickly set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. I sent him the details of the largest items and he responded that this was well within the limit of 5 cu yd. He called about one half hour before our appointment to tell me when he would be arriving. He and his associate were friendly, polite, and professional. They are also very strong! One of the reasons I chose them was because of their commitment to recycling and keeping materials from landfills. I thought their pricing was fair and would recommend them to anyone. I'm sure I will be calling them again.

Trash removal. Went as expected. Guys were polite and did a complete job.

It worked out good. They did a great job. We had more than the 10 x 10 yard but he included the extra for free. They were efficient. He was very nice and professional. They did a good job. I would use them in the future.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for $129 for 5 cubic yards of junk removal on Saturday (the last day the coupon was available). I got a call on Monday afternoon saying they were in the next town over and could come by now or we could schedule another date. Luckily I was available to meet them at my house and they were there about 20 minutes after the call. They were very professional, took away a double oven, washer, dryer, kitchen cabinets and some other random junk from the garage and basement. They were friendly and efficient, whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely call them if I need more junk removal.

They scheduled the appointment quickly after I purchased the coupon, and they arrived right on time, were very friendly and fast--took about 1/2 an hour from start to finish. They were very accommodating considering we live in the city on a small street with not much parking. I would absolutely hire them again. Takes some of the stress out of starting a home renovation.

Bought a deal on Angies List for $150.00. It went great! Prompt communication after bought to set up appointment time . Gave a 2 hour window for arrival time 10 am - 12 noon - called in the am to ask if could come at 1pm - no problem - arrived promptly at 1pm and gave me a phone call a half an hour prior to arrival to let me know enroute.. Totally painless - arrived on time - quickly removed all to truck .Filled truck Professional and courteous. In and out in about half an hour.. Great job! Will use again !
