The service went very well. Despite a normally busy time of the year, they were able to get an appointment for me and they removed all of my demolished building materials. I would not hesitate to use Bayles Removal in the future.

It was great! They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't leave any messes. They were also careful to avoid causing any damage during the removal process, and it was really easy to schedule the service. In fact, they did so well that we hired them for additional work later on.

Bayles contacted me promptly after we purchased the coupon and provided an appointment date that was convenient to me. The crew called half an hour before they showed up to let me know that they were on the way. They showed up on time and promptly got to work. They worked very efficiently and were done in less than an hour and took everything away. The only caveat to the deal was that the $89 coupon was for 4 cu. yards only. The foreman eyeballed the amount of stuff and said that it was more than 4 cu. yards and he would charge me an extra $50 to take everything. I expected that they would ask for more once they came, so I wasn't surprised by this. In the end it was still a pretty good deal, I think.

Everything turned out fine. They cleaned up afterwards. I had no problems. They showed up when they were supposed to. If I have a need to use them again, I would.

Matthew and his crew arrived right on time and took care of approximately 6 cubic yards of construction debris in about 25 minutes. They also helped me get some leftover material moved inside my garage. I can't say enough good things about them. They were punctual, professional and took care of the job in no time.

Everything went fine. They were very quick and scheduling went well and they were responsive. They showed up within 20 minutes of when they said they would. The only complaint is they didn’t bring a big enough truck for all my hauling services. They could not take all of my things at that time.

This was an excellent experience: I was able to make an appointment immediately, and although they were running late, they called several times to provide updates. I had brought all of the items out to my shed so cannot address how it would have gone if they had to come into the house and so on. But they were incredibly efficient, and were able to take additional items (in some cases, quite large) that I hadn't included in the original request, without charging me more. I highly recommend this provider.

Matt showed up on time, politely introduced himself and his partner and emptied the Bagster full of wood onto his truck quickly and efficiently. Matt agreed to the $100 deal sight unseen and stood by his quoted price even though the load was probably over the 2.25 cu ft limit. His partner, Billy(?) cleaned up around the Bagster and when they left you would never have known there was a ton of wood there 15 minuted ago. Later that evening there was an incident involving a possible over charge by his credit card processing service. I called Matt to tell him and he immediately addressed the issue. It turned out to be a false alarm as his service simply sent me another customer's receipt. Let me emphasize that there was NOTHING charged to my account. Matt was all over it anyway. I have already told Matt I would be using him again in the very near future.
