It worked out perfectly. They showed up on time, hauled everything away and it worked out fine. I was at work when they came out and scheduling was easy. They called me a day or two after purchasing the deal. They worked with my schedule. I did pay an additional $25, due to being out of their distance and they mentioned that to me in the first initial call.

The service was excellent. They came out and it was a few months ago. They basically removed some trash from the garage since we were moving. I have used them again in the past too. They do everything quickly, they are prompt, and they were professional. Two workers came out and scheduling was great. I gave them the time that I needed them and they came within that time frame.

They were terrific, cheerful and speedy.

I really can't say as the roof is on the top of the third floor where I live and I could not see what he did. I wanted to use him again but when I did call him and left a message, he never got back to me. I felt it was because the job was too insignificant.

It was okay. It was about a year ago, March or April. They just removed some junk. They were thorough, did really do very much, and just picked our wastes.

Bayles Removal Unlimited has been super responsive and amazingly helpful during the two times I have used them. All questions were answered in a timely manner and informative; they were also very accomodating. Each task day was done with complete professionalism. They were able to remove all the junk without any damage to our property as well.

Arrived when they said they would. Reviewed the project to determine additional charges (I had bought a deal as a starting point) and to organize the packing of the truck (big stuff in first). Swept up the primary area of the garage in which stuff had been stored. Worked quickly. All went well. Will definitely call them again.

Well, they were extremely responsive and contacted me right away, and stayed on top of the back-and-forth required to set up a mutually convenient time. My husband was home on the delivery day, and was startled when they showed up 2 hours early! He hadn't finished gathering the junk and so felt as though he didn't get the full benefit of this Angie's Big Deal. I gave them a "D" on punctuality, not that they were late but that they didn't come during the agreed-upon window. They also tried to charge him an extra $20 on top of the (reduced) price we had agreed to pay because we were out of their "service area". That was never discussed prior to pick up (hence the "B" and not an "A" on responsiveness), and so my husband declined to pay and I guess that was OK in the end.

They were fast, professional and very pleasant.

Guys were great. Called in am to confirm time. Arrived on time and quickly got the job done.

This couldn't have gone better. They removed as requested from all areas, and were friendly and professional while doing it. They also had some good tips for recycling. I would definitely use them again!

We had originally booked it for November 2013. We rescheduled because of bad weather. He called 1/2 hour before he arrived with a big box truck. He introduced himself along with his partner. He loaded all my kid toys swing set, long plastic tables, old paints, picnic table, old batteries, computer hard drives, everything I left in the side yard. Since it was over the 4 cubic feet that I prepaid, He normally charged $50 per yard. He only charged for one yard but took two yards of junk. They took everything in less than an hour.

They came when they said they would, did the job, and left. All with a minimum of fuss. And for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Here are the details: It was 2 guys with a box truck. I was expecting more like a dump truck, but they didn't object to carting away this stuff in their nice box truck. They called once to confirm then again a few minutes before arriving, so I met them in the street. The truck was tall and couldn't easily pass under some tree branches in my driveway but they made it work and didn't object. They loaded all the debris into the truck in maybe 20 minutes, and that included cutting some of the larger sections into pieces one person could carry. This was an Angie's List 'big deal' for $90 to remove up to 4 cubic yards with no concrete. Mixed in with the wood my pile included a small concrete post footing, a cement block and a few smaller concrete chunks, so I paid $20 extra for them to take that stuff too.
