The provider was punctual and responded on time. The junk was in the yard with a door. They were a little rough with the door.

I had a bunch of stuff staged in the garage - an inversion table, a treadmill and a bicycle that they hauled away. Scheduling with them was easy.

Complete and thorough haul away. I sorted through the junk and he got rid of it. Perfect!

It went fine. I had purchased a Big Deal Offer but wasn't ready to act. Bales was very flexible and to let him know when I was ready. In November I contacted them again, set up a time, and on the appointed day they showed up, a few minutes early. They had called first and said they could be a bit early if that was alright with me. I appreciated the friendly customer service. On pulling in they asked to scope out what was to be hauled away. The guys were very down-to-earth and we joked about a couple of things like the holidays and the weather, etc. While they joked around they didn't clown around. They were friendly and focused on getting things done. Again, something I really appreciated about how they worked. Within about 45 minutes they had everything loaded up, swept the floor of the garage from the mess that comes from moving old stored things out. With that they were on their way.

That turned out great. They were wonderful, kind, courteous and efficient. They came and did exactly that we wanted them to do. Two guys came out and it didn?t take them very long. They removed a lot of things for us; for example they hauled away some tires and two huge speakers. I also really liked that they worked with me in regards to scheduling.

Quick, fast, easy. Took a bit longer to schedule than we'd hoped but it was a busy season and quite reasonable.

Matt and his assistant were great - arriving on time or calling if they were tied up. They were both cheery and energetic. They didn't balk at anything...if I wanted it done...they did it....even single-handedly carrying a freezer up a steep bulkhead! They were strong, hard-working, and knew how to pack the back of a truck! They were quick and cleaned up after they cleared an area. I kept feeling I needed to apologize for the "mess" in the basement. They laughed and said they were happy to take care of it! It was a great relief.....and I'll get them back to do my garage next!

I brought the material from cellar to driveway. My choice- they would have done that They had a med sized cube truck and simply carried by hand to the truck. The 2 guys were great and easy to work with. Props also to their flexibility in scheduling- I needed to cancel original date at last minute and they were fully accommodating.

It was over and done in under half an hour, inspire of the snow and ice that day. We had one bag of cement that had to be disposed of separately, so that involved an small extra charge, and we asked if they could dispose of some paint, which they did, for an extra $25. This was outside our original agreement. Mr Bayles provides a useful service, and does it well. I will definitely do it again the next time we need it and I would recommend it to a friend.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. I give them the highest rating. Those guys are very good. They are very efficient and I found it easy to work with them. I spent a little over the Big Deal price because we had some additional stuff, but it was not a whole lot, maybe $50.

Matt was great, I bought an 1/2 price deal from angieslist for this company , thinking when he got there he would find excuse to charge more, but there was no mention of it, removed all the trash without issue, will use him again

The guy from the company took a while to schedule it because he was busy but he came and he took more than what was covered under the coupon that I bought without charging me any extra. I would consider using them again in the future and referring them to others.

The service was excellent. They came out and it was a few months ago. They basically removed some trash from the garage since we were moving. I have used them again in the past too. They do everything quickly, they are prompt, and they were professional. Two workers came out and scheduling was great. I gave them the time that I needed them and they came within that time frame.

It was great. They came out and removed it all. They removed debris for us. I was not there when they came out. They came out on time and everything was gone when I got back. I even thing they vacuumed too before they left.
