Arrived on time. Very efficient and helpful. Even helped out a neighbor.

There was a sickness and death of a family member that prevented the work from being done by this provider. The company was very sympathetic when I explained my circumstances. They were very attentive and professional in all our communications.

What a delight they were. They arrived on time, they were courteous, they worked efficiently, and they did not break anything (even though they had to navigate around two hanging light fixtures as they moved the large bed down a narrow winding staircase. I only contracted them to remove the bed, but they also helped me set up my new, and took all the packaging that the new (mail order) bed came in. They were wonderful!!

We called Bayles removal to arrange a pick-up and Matthew responded with a date and time he would stop by. I called a day before to confirm and he asked if he could come by the same day since he was in the area. We had cleaned out our garage prior to moving and there was a lot of wood and construction materials from past home improvement projects. Included were a couple of cabinets, window frames, paint and old furniture. We paid $150 on line and $50 extra for the paint. In addition we had a queen size mattress and box frame on the third floor of our house that we needed help removing. Matthew and his assistant William were courteous, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with their work and would gladly use Bayles again in the future.

The contractor's container did not accomodate all the wood chips. We had to hire someone to take the remainder away.

They were great. Very easy to deal with. When they came to the house, I would point at something and it was gone!! We walked all around the property, them removing items as I pointed. Same thing inside the house. I'm having them back for my next big clean-out.

Great experience. Quick set up of time/date. They provided me a time range (10a-Noon). They arrived at 10:45 with an apology for "being late". Two guys got right to work grabbing al of the junk and loading it up, ad were done in about 20 minutes. They check with me before they left ot make sure I was happy with what they did and swept up the area for loose debris, too. great job - will use again.

They arrived on a winter day. My walk wasn't shoveled so they shoveled out the door and sidewalk. A basement door had to be removed for easement into the basement and it was replaced when the job was done.They worked non stop for about 3 hrs. Good job.

They came out exactly on time and collected all the items to be removed very quickly. Matt Bayles and his helper arrived on time, called first, and helped me sort what I wanted removed. They took everything I gave them; they worked fast and were pleasant and ;polite. I would happily recommend them to friends.

This was a small job, but Matthew handled it professionally and only charged me a fraction of the minimum job cost ($50 instead of $89). He was very punctual, he called beforehand, and completed the job by himself in less than 5 minutes. This was one of the best $50 I've ever spent! I will absolutely be using this service again in the future.

They came when they said they would and removed the items. Only complaint was as they picked up a few bins from the basement there was debris on top & rather than asking me to clean it off or being careful with it - they just grabbed the bins and made a bit of a mess on the carpet. I wasn't exactly expecting white glove service, but I didn't expect them to just pull the top off and let the obvious mess go all over the place. Other than that, the service was great.

I was glad to hear I could be refunded for the full amount. Contact people at Angies list were very pleasant and courteous.

They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. I got a pricing from a few different companies and they were all around $200~$250. But I picked this company because I found a $150 for $300 worth of junk removal service on Angieslist. But the guy said it is a LOT of junks to remove and it will cost $450. I paid $300, after $150 coupon applied. I kind of guess that this coupon deal could be that way. Giving awesome discount on inflated price. Because I bought the coupon on Angieslist, I ended up paying more.

The service was excellent. They came when they were supposed to, they were efficient, and the price was reasonable.
