Everything went well. The two-man crew showed on time, did the work as promised, and acted friendly and professionally when dealing with me.

It was great. They showed up when they said they would. They picked up everything and left the area clean. I would use them for my junk removal needs.

Extremely professional company. I bought the $150 deal. They responded very quickly via email to schedule a time/day accommodating my preferences. They came, they cleared the basement, and left. It took them all of 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I did not get an email from my deal purchase within about a week so I called them. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and he said he would be by Sat to pick the stuff up. No one came sat and on Tuesday I received a message from the office asking if June 16 was an acceptable pickup. I had another vendor hauling items coming Tuesday so I asked them to grab the stuff and canceled. I am moving and June 16 was too late.

Matthew Bayles was responsive to all my questions and requests. He arrived for the appointment as scheduled. He and his team were professional and courteous. They did a great job, and their service is well worth doing to clear your home of those unwanted or obsolete items that are taking up space.

We used an Angie's List coupon deal. There was an additional charge of $50 per cubic yard for two cubic yards above the amount the coupon covered. They scheduled the pick-up promptly, came at the agreed time and loaded up very quickly. Worked well for us. We would definitely call on them again.

It went very well. They called to see if they could come early. They were courteous and quick. I plan on using them again.

This is a top notch service and I'm going to use them again soon. I took a special deal and they cleaned out a lot of stuff and provided excellent value. Matthew and his helper were extremely nice and easy to work with.

We accidentally ordered two of the big deals instead of one. That is the reason why we are asking for a refund of this one.

I used Bayles last year to haul away some materials. It went smoothly, with good communication, so I thought I'd give them another go. I sent an email to Info@ explaining the small job I needed done, and received a confirmation email saying someone would get back to me shortly. No one did, so I phoned and left a message asking that I be contacted. I wasn't. Disappointed, I went with another service provider.

Couldn't be happier. Excellent in setting the time/date, followed up to confirm. Work was done very professional and effecient.

Bayles Removal is amazing. They called before they came so I could be home to meet them (I live very close to where I work). I showed Matt what I needed removed, and he told me exactly how much of it was included in the deal I bought, and how much was extra right up front. They were quick and efficient getting rid of everything and made sure I was happy before they left. I would absolutely use them again when I need junk removal!

For a number of reasons I had to reschedule several times. Very corteous and responsive. on day of service, a call came to alert me that Matt and William were on the way. Matt reviewed the items to be sure of the job. Quietly, carefully, and quickly completed the job. I recommend Bayles without hesitTion.

Mathew and his helper where awesome. I couldn't have chosen a better, more congenial crew. They hauled 50 years of accumulation from my parents older Victorian home down a steep, narrow precarious stairwell. They worked quickly and efficiently while keeping safety in mind at all times. Matthew also put me in touch with family members who helped me liquidate the antique items in the home. That also worked well for me and I can say they are a trusted upstanding family.

Bayles was punctual and very polite. They got rid of all the junk we needed remove. A very pleasant experience overall.

They did a great job. Place is as neat as can be. Lots of stuff to haul up 10 stairs and put in the truck. Too big a job for the two who came initially; so they promised to come a few days lateer and showed up with five men to do the job. Took 1.5 hours.

Because I did not respond promptly to a pick-up time offered, I thought I was scheduled for a certain day but I responded too late. for that spot. When I had not heard from him by the morning of the day originally offered, I called and they explained the problem and offered to come the next morning. Very nice and polite and helpful. I had a special deal coupon but I knew I was over the load size and I had a large, heavy item - he quoted me $100 more at the beginning and I thought it was fair.

We had some junk lying in our yard from our basement work of dry wall and carpet. We bought the deal and Matthew was very responsive and helpful. Inspite of being busy and booked for two weeks he took out some time to come and hauled away our junk. His price was also reasonable. Thanks
