Bayles Removal Unlimited

I was extremely impressed with Bayles Removal. Matt was on time - called to let me know he was on the way and lightning fast in removing all the unwanted items from my garage, basement and attic. I had purchased his services through a special Deal andk the basic charge was a huge bargain. His charge to remove old paint cans and similar materials was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

It went great! They arrrived when they said they would, they were very professional. They got to work quickly and took everything we had ready, as well as some additional stuff. We will definitely be using them again.

Excellent job. They communicated well before and on the date of service and performed the removal efficiently and carefully. It wasn't an easy task, as the basement stairs are a little treacherous.

Bayles Removal and Angela and Matthew were excellent. The crew hauled away a very heavy load of concrete that we had broken up. They were very responsive and accommodating, going so far as to fit us into their busy schedule before we left for vacation. I would highly recommend them.

Matt was exceedingly punctual and well organized. His prices were reasonable. He and his assistant did a good job so I brought him back to do more.

It went great. We contacted them midweek, they replied within 24 hours, on a Friday. On the following Monday, they left a message asking if they could do our job the next day since they had a schedule that would bring them near where were are located. We replied that would be great. The truck showed up as promised and within a half hour all the items to be disposed of were loaded and the truck was on its way.

Bayles was prompt, courteous, professional and clean. They left everything looking better than when they left. It would have cost me double to use other chain junk removal firms; I will definitely be contacting them in the future for the next "spring cleaning".

That went very well. They did the job, they did it well and everything was fine. They hauled away some small items, some furniture and some things in the basement that we wanted to get rid of. Two employees came out to do this service.

Matthew and his colleague were fantastic. They called when they were stuck on traffic. The removed everything that I wanted to get rid of throughout the house. They gave me an estimate for some additional things not in original estimate--TV, computer monitor--before starting the job. They were efficient, fast (less than an hour,) organized, polite, reasonable cost . . . terrific in every way. If you're a baby boomer downsizing, or anyone who wants to get rid of stuff, this is the person to call. Cannot say enough good things about them.

They arrived on time and got right to work lifting heavy and odd times from my basement, They cleared out basement shelves and cabinets and worked at a steady and good pace. They were very pleasant and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

Terrible experience and now I am in a real bind!! I called Matt Baylor and scheduled an appointment for him to come remove several items from the storage unit in my condo building the following weekend. Although it was short notice he said he would "squeeze me in". I explained I needed the items removed as soon as possible because I had scheduled other items to be moved into that unit in order to start showing my condo to buyers, (I am selling it). He said he would be there between 1-2 on Saturday. By 2:00 he had not arrived so I called him and left a message. He did not call me back until after 3. He claimed that he had been at my building that morning, but could not figure out which number to buzz my unit (although my name is on the mailbox), and said he couldn't call me because he did not bring my phone number. I told him multiple times that I found him through Angie's list, couldn't he have called them? Anyway, he didn't sound very apologetic and said he would "squeeze me in next Saturday", At first I accepted,, because quite frankly I am desperate to get stuff out, but then I called back and said that I had decided not to use his services because I was not comfortable with how everything went down today. All I got was "OK hun", no apology . . . nothing. Cleary my business means nothing to him and I am wondering if it is because I was using the deal he is offering on Angie's List for 50% discount. Maybe he had other customers who didn't know about that deal and decided to ditch me today. Anyway, I had a babysitter here for hours while waiting for him. I had scheduled people to come move items into my storage unit tomorrow, which I now have to cancel. This is the first time I have used a service I found on Angie's List and unfortunately it may be my last.

They were great. Nothing really stood out about their service so I guess that is a good thing. The workers were nice guys.
