well they filled in all access points they found, gave some good advice, but did not have a ladder with them to check my attic area, which I really wanted checked

Went great! Bayles was on time and was able to remove everything in less than 1 hour. They took everything from my 2nd floor apartment - no elevator! That was a lot of heavy hauling on a hot day. I offered them water, but they refused saying it would slow down their metabolism. (The 6 wheels were removed from the basement). Terrific job, Bayles was polite and professional throughout.

Surprized to see 3 guys hop out of a box truck and grab everything. We did have all the items staged inside the garage and they promptly backed the truck up to the garage and within 15 minutes they were gone. We had just moved into the area and the last of the boxes were unpacked recently so a pile had accumulated in the basement. We were glad to see the last remnants of our move finally gone. Since we pay for trash in our town for more than one can a week we felt this was a great alternative what we needed (did not need to order a dumpster).

They were very accommodating with my schedule, on time, and worked quickly to load everything up. Went very smoothly!

Matthew and William were prompt and friendly and were more than generous in their interpretation of 5 cubic yards of junk. They removed very heavy items from a cellar through a bulkhead without complaint and joking throughout. These two gentlemen were exceedingly friendly and hard working on a hot August day for a very reasonable price. Can only offer them my highest reviews.

Scheduling soon after request, two man team - phoned ahead on scheduled day, arrived on time. They were polite, efficient and uncomplaining about heavy lifting in hot weather- a load off of our mind. Would hire again in a heartbeat if in similar circumstance.

I think this company is unreliable due to lack of communication. They never showed up to the appointment nor did they call to state they wouldn't make it. I just never heard from anyone at all.

I was very pleased with the service from Bayles Removal Unlimited. The owner and his associate arrived on time and proceeded to get the job done quickly. It was an extremely hot day but they never stopped from the time they arrived till they completed the job. I had a few items that he could not take because he did not have an open truck but he gave me advice on how to dispose of them on my own and told me if I needed him to return at another time to pick them up I should just call him. (I had not told him ahead of time that I had these items) The owner was very personable and comfortable to work with. I plan to downsize in the next couple of years an will definitely call on Bayles Removal to help me with the final clean up before I move. If you are looking to "de-clutter" as I have been doing, I advise you to use this company!

We had everything ready for them in the driveway. They were excellent! I paid $20 additionally for them pick up more items. I would have appreciated a picture what 5 yards looked like so we knew exactly what to put together and could anticipate additional fees.

I wanted to give a "C" to the cost only because I am really cheap and never expected the cost to be anywhere near the quote. However, I humbly accepted the estimate as ultimately being very fair after my Property Manager described the huge mess.. My Property Manager told me that the attic was disgusting, and that you could barely walk through it. I live out of state, so I had no idea how sneaky my tenants were vis-a-vis dumping their junk at my expense. This is not an ordinary sized-attic. It is on top of a mega-large five-family Victorian home. Here's what my property manager said about the work Bayles did: "The attic looked amazing. They did a great job cleaning that out." She did admit that small pieces of debris were left because they had to carry some massive pieces of junk furniture down three flights of stairs and a long stairway outside, but that was to be expected. Bayles also cautioned her that when they removed their large dumpster that there might be some small pieces of leftovers remaining in the driveway. That did happen, but it was expected. I cannot say how pleased I am about the ultimate reasonableness of the quote, their professionalism, punctuality....to name a few awesome descriptions. I plan on contacting them again when I am ready to remove the mess in the basement of the Victorian home. And I certainly intend to change my lease conditions to include removal of possessions in basement and attic areas at the terminations of their leases and to inform them that the removal will be subtracted from their security deposit if they leave anything. (that's for those of you who know what it costs you personally if you are too kind!)

Matt Bayles got in touch. I set a date. He came at the appointed time. Called me an told me I had more room and offered, at no additional cost to pick up a pile of brush. Nice gesture. Very please with the whole transaction.

They were on time and very professional. They were neat and clean. They were also very fast. I would not hesitate using them again. They were very good.

Matthew and his assistant arrived on time, were courteous, professional and thorough. I had an accumulation of junk in my basement, much of it left by a contractor who never cleaned up after himself, and other items accumulated over the years. There were many cans of partially used paint which ordinarily would have cost $5/can extra beyond the negotiated Big Deal price, but Matthew removed them all at half price because many of them were not full. I did not ask for the discount--it was offered--which tells me that Matthew is a fair minded business man. They also removed broken glass from a stack of old storm windows, along with the frames, which I did not expect them to do given the potential hazard, but they did so carefully and skillfully. Over all, I was impressed by their efficiency and cheerfulness. All in all, an excellent experience.

Matthew and his helper showed up as agreed in the 3 hour time frame he gave me. He texted to let me know when he was on his way and we kept in touch until he arrived. He was able to park in front of the house and that definitely helped move things along. We had things pretty well organized so it was clear what materials were going. Matthew is friendly, personable and clear about any extra costs involved in hauling away certain materials. They work really hard too! This is the second time I've used Bayles and will certainly use him again. I highly recommend his service.

Bayles was great. We bought an Angie's list deal. They came, got our junk as promised. It took them about 15 minutes to get it all done. Would recommend and use again.

This was a total last minute thing, and I was scrambling to move out of my apartment. I had a LOT of junk and other stuff but Matt at Bayles was able to fit me in last minute. They were extremely accommodating and while they were just a bit outside of the timeframe, it was totally my fault for being the wrench in their well maintained operation. They were great and finished the job in seemingly minutes. A+ for flexibility and responsiveness.

Went smoothly, they were on time, professional and pleasant to work with. We also like the idea that they recycle the stuff which is environmentally friendly.

Great experience with Bayles Removal. Quick response to my request and they came when they were scheduled and actually called me on the phone to tell me they were on the way! I had a lot of miscellaneous stuff that needed to be removed and Bayles did a great job! They were pleasant, hard-working, and left my garage and shed immaculate! I would definitely recommend Bayles Removal!

Matthew was friendly and professional. Removal of junk took two trips since the concrete debris and bricks needed to be picked up in a separate truck.
