I called this provider and they advised me they are outside of my service area not sure why I was sent this deal by Angie's List because they don't even come out here.

Fast. Courteous. On time (actually 15 minutes early! but called first). Tidy and very professional

These guys are perfect for any junk removal you have from your home. They are professional and courteous and asked me if i had any additional trash to be removed. I will use them in the future when we buy new furniture for our home and dispose of all our old furniture. My Highest Recommendation to Bayles 5 STARS all the way.

Overall, this was a solid service. The stuff got taken away and the two guys that came to do it (one of them being Matthew Bayles) were very courteous and friendly. Negatives: they were 3 hours late - though they did call, they didn't use any safety gear, which was worrisome, and it really wasn't clear that they were actually going to recycle/donate/etc. anything.

Very good value for money. Team arrived on time, was friendly and removed all the things we asked them to. Would use them again.

He came with an assistant. He told me how much extra charge for CRT TVs, we agreed and he was done in 30 minutes. They were punctual, efficient, and couteous. It was a deal through Angies and I will use them again, and recommend the service.

Nice guys. Showed up when they said, took what they were asked to take, didn't bother anything they were asked not to take. They could not take a barrel of coal cinders (left in the basement from the 1960s when the house had coal burning furnaces!) because of disposal rules, but they took everything else left behind by our tenants over the years, and just plain junk - old TVs, old tires, chunks of concrete, broken things beyond repair, all kinds of junk. Yay! We have space now. They were super to deal with.

Matthew is awesome. He is on time and does a great job cleaning the area after he loads it in his truck. I will use him again in the spring.

I would definitely recommend this company, as they are very professional and once they knew what was expected, they set about to do the job quickly and effectively. They came on time, worked well together, were very pleasant to deal with and were more than accommodating. I would recommend this company without hesitation and will definitely use them again.

Matt not only removed a large amount of trash, but also quoted me on the cost to remove large piles of bricks and cobblestones. The quote seemed reasonable, but he mentioned that I could try posting the unwanted cobblestones on websites for removal. I did exactly that, having the stones removed two days later. It was nice that he pointed this out to me.

The whole experience was great- they were quick to schedule appt. , came as scheduled, were very personal and friendly, and they completed job efficiently and politely. I would highly recommend.

After some confusion with the address which was resolved swiftly the night before the service (phew! - thanks) Bayles arrived and backed their truck into the driveway. Service was great, they showed up, surveyed the situation and were all packed up and done within 45 minutes. Not a huge job for us but an important one cleaning out things we couldn't move ourselves & clearing up lots of prime space.

I’ve used them before. Scheduling was fine and they were very polite. They made it out when promised and I would use them again.

There was some confusion concerning the time of the appointment, but I called to check on when they would be arriving and they worked it out to arrive a short time later. There were 3 people to do the work. It was a 2 story house and they were careful and fast. They worked hard and packed their truck! We had purchased the deal on Angie's list but ended up paying more because of the amount of stuff. It was worth it!

I had a small amount of items I needed removed and there were going to be some extra costs so I decided to do it myself.

The contact Matthew was very good about keeping in touch. Called several time to confirm time and to tell me that they are on there way to my house. They were on time and took all my junk. The two guys onsite were just great and they were very pleasant and very efficient. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased through Angie's special offer. We scheduled a pickup time through email, they came and hauled everything away on time. They didn't charge extra for some of the heavier materials (lumber, tile) as our overall load wasn't that big
