Bayles Removal Unlimited

They are extremely nice guys to work with! I have used them more than once and will use them again in the future.

Got a deal through Angie's List, which motivated me to finally tackle the mess in the basement. They were very helpful and accommodating and easy to work with. The stuff to be removed was located in various areas in the basement, and they were very careful to be sure they were taking only the stuff I wanted them to take.

They were very good. There was no room from the basement, and the people who lived there before just left the stuff that they didn't want in the basement, and this was discouraging because these are people who have lived here for a few years. I had that responsibility, and I wanted to be fair to them. They called me up before they came out,and they talked to be for 15 minutes prepping me and telling me what was allowed and what was not. They were fantastic too. The people who lived there were techies, so they had a lot of old monitors that were over sized, so I paid an additional amount. They removed them for half the price. The next day the tenants came home, and they had the space to do it. It was a ridiculous amount of computer monitors that they had to remove. They were great as far as scrap. Even though I was pressing them to do immediate service for me, they still took the time to prep me, so that I can go there and prepare me. It was a lot of stuff that we moved, and it was a lot of electronic stuff. They moved about $300-$400 worth of monitors.

Mark and William called to confirm the time of arrival and were prompt. Mark is the ultimate professional. Assesses what needs to be removed, and remembers it all. They moved quickly and removed all that we requested. We had approximately 10 cubic yards. They are careful to fit in as much as possible to keep costs to a minimum. I will refer them to all friends!

They removed a small piano, hallway carpeting, and a large amount of miscellaneous junk. They were very hardworking and business like professionals. I did arrange ahead of time to have them take away the larger the items for an additional fee.

Arrived on time, was polite and courteous, walked through the house with me to collect junk and removed it quickly and efficiently. Will have the back in a few weeks for a larger piece of furnitue.

The two people who did the work (one was the owner of business) were friendly, professional and performed the job as expected. They cleaned up any debris that was the result of removing the junk removal from my property . I was very happy with their service

Bayles was great! The person I spoke with on the phone did an awesome job of trying to accommodate my schedule as fast as possible. They were also careful not to throw out anything they were not positive was trash and offered to come back and get anything they should have taken. A+

It went great. There were two guys and they went all over the house and the back yard dragging everything away we pointed at with no complaints. They even dug out an old corragated roof that was outside our fence that was covered with leaves. They did it all in an hour, and we can't believe how much nicer our home looks without all that junk!

We purchased a deal to have Bayles Removal Unlimited haul away construction materials, boxes, trash and left over debris from the remodel of our new home. Unfortunately the amount of stuff we needed removed was over the amount of removal items covered under the deal; for this reason we ended up not using Bayles Removal Unlimited. We do however recommend this company for their understanding and professionalism; they were upfront about the possibility of additional cost and also advised us on alternate arrangements that may work for us. Should we need their services in the future, we will definitely contact them again.

The guys were very fast at loading the junk from my garage. They also got a very heavy water tank out of my basement.

Professional, fast service exactly as advertised.

Great job all around. Removed everything as needed and left area in a very clean state. I will be using them again.

Still in the process of scheduling

It didn't go very well. He ended up charging me more than the price of the coupon for what he claimed was "extra" garbage. Then he said he would come back and pick up some planters on my deck and he never did.

There was a variety of boxes full of books, old magazines, and old children's toys; garbage bags full of "stuff"; old furniture; and, the usual items that had built up over the years. Matt and his associate were extremely polite, friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. There was great communication before and during the job. They made sure they know the parameters of the job, and made quick and efficient work of removing every item that needed to go. Their quick and efficient hard work rival anything accomplished on "Hoarders." I not only have recovered one whole room that I can now live in, I will be using Bayles Removal Unlimited again!

I had somewhere around four yards of lumber and debris that I pulled out of my basement after moving in to an older home. Mixed in was some demolition debris from a bathroom repair as well as odds and ends that we took from our old home "just in case." In about fifteen minutes it was all gone and my garage had been swept clean (by them). I would absolutely call them again if the need arose.

This was my second time w/ Bayles and they are just as good as last time...prompt, professional, personable and efficient. I used an Angie's coupon this time which added extra value

It went great. They arrived early and called ahead. Took all the stuff we had lined up for removal. Were courteous and professional.

Provider arrived when they said they would, and removed everything I wanted taken away. Very polite guys. Worked quickly and carefully, and I recommend them highly.

After a little back and forth with appointment times, they arrived and picked up everything I had ready to go. They also sawed up an old wooden swing in our yard to take it with them. With everything I had for them to take, the two guys were able to have it all packed up in about 30 mins.

They were prompt and courteous and were able to take things that they then brought to donation centers as well as the junk.

Bayles was great. Very professional, respectful and easy to communicate with (text, phone, etc.). They did a great job cleaning up and had a very fair price (especially compared to renting a dumpster). Go with Bayles!
