Bayles Removal Unlimited

I have used Bayless before and they are a very reliable and pleasant business to work with.

Matthew and team were amazing. They called ahead of time to confirm and helped to prepare us for the junk day, They were professional, kind and amazingly efficient. I'd recommend them to everyone I know,

Scheduling was easy. They called to say they were on their way and showed up promptly (on the early side of the original window). They were friendly and quick. Some things were frozen to the ground and they took the time to try and get as much as they could. I had gotten a deal through AngiesList and it was definitely worth it.

This was an Angies List deal $150.00 for $300.00 worth of junk removal. It was worth evey penny and more. I wish I had hired them sooner instead of trying to clean out my mothers house on my own. They were punctual, polite and professional. I had several large rugs piled at the end of my driveway which weren't included in the deal. Matt took them for a very small additional charge which was much less than I would have paid for the town to remove. The job was done very efficiently. I will definitely hire them again.

Very accomodating, wanted paint to be disposed of properly, and they did that. Very fast and efficient as well.

The service worked out fine and they did a good job. A two man crew came out and removed things from my second story and basement. I would use them again.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to also have them take away 2-3 TVs. They explained the extra cost up front. They were accommodating and flexible with scheduling. The company was easy to work with. I thought they did a very good job. Two people came out and completed the work in about an hour. They were friendly and helpful. The owner was very responsive and returned my calls which I really appreciated.

We got the most accommodating customer service. Our first appointment for the junk to be hauled away was in August but we had to go out of town suddenly and forgot to move the appointment. On the day, we received a phone call that they were on their way. WHen we apologized for the last minute cancellation, they were very accommodating, and told us to call when we were back. Finally, in October, we got the appointment and as promised, they came on time, hauled away all the material pleasantly.

I think it was ok. There were problems with scheduling. They hauled away construction materials. It was a good price and it turned out fine.

Matthew and his helper came to my house twice. The first time was to prepare my house for sale, and I was so happy with his service I had him come back when it was time to move. The first time was a massive cleanup, filling his entire truck with junk from my basement, my shed and my yard. I prepared by putting everything I wanted to get rid of in a huge pile in my basement, another huge pile near my driveway, and a third pile behind my shed. They spent hours packing their truck. Matthew charges by how much of his truck he fills, but he and his helper are experts at "Tetris" and try to deliver (or in this case pick up!) as much value as possible. I had considered renting a dumpster, but for the same price (or less probably) Bayles removal did all the heavy lifting. Thanks Matthew!

They were very nice and responded to my email promptly. I realized that what I wanted removed didn't quite fit the 3x3 requirement.

It went fine. They come with a truck and then basically if you have more than what they can fit in the truck then they charge you extra or they have a certain cubic fee worth of stuff for the deal. So there were some things I wanted them to pick out of the basement. It's a pretty basic service. He also knew people in related type of businesses such as metal removal. I had a couple of metal appliances that I wanted taken away and so he had someone that he knew that would come by and take them away for me for free which was nice. He was pretty helpful, a nice guy and he showed up on time and did what they said they would do.

It went very well. They were very good. They did do a very good job. There were no additional charges. They got right to us to schedule. They were very punctual and there were no problems at all. They were highly professional. We had been concerned that when we moved into a house, they would be having difficulty taking what they ended up removing for us. They had no problems getting the sofa and these two very large chairs out. Everything went as we expected and wanted. I would highly recommend them.

The removal went well and the guys were very pleasant to deal with.

Good experience. No problems scheduling. There was an additional 70 dollars on top of the Big Deal purchase price because they did end up taking a few more things away. It was reasonable for the amount extra they took away. I would recommend them to a friend.

Punctual, efficient, professional.

Very good and efficient. I had a bunch of old windows and assorted things collected there over the past couple years. I liked that they showed up right on time. I showed them what needed to be done and very efficiently loaded the truck up and left.

They did a great job and were quick to service.

It went great! Matthew and William worked quickly & neatly. I had removed a couple partition walls in our basement and piled them up down there. The two of them removed the debris along with other misc. items... This was his second or third visit and he'll probably be back!

I can't say enough about Bayles Removal Unlimited. I needed to clean out an entire house, 2 garages and a barn. Matt was a pleasure to deal with. What most impressed me was that it was "one stop shopping". They do more than just clean out your trash. His whole family is involved as they own consignment stores and the father Joe is an auctioneer. Whatever couldn't be sold or auctioned was taken by them to Goodwill. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted to keep. They carefully sorted through everything and took it all away. It was a labor intensive and messy job. Matt was fair in his pricing and was always there when he said he would be and returned calls and texts promptly. He's a hard working guy and cares about getting it done the way you want.
