Matthew is attentive, courteous, professional, punctual. I called for a quote and he came within a day or two. He initially quoted me $1600 - which was similarly priced as quotes by other hauling companies. I chose Matthew because he was willing to try and shuffle his schedule around to make time to clear out my mother's home to fit my schedule. He showed up on time with 2 guys and the three of them did not stop until the house was cleared out. I was not paying by the hour but was appreciative of the fact that they worked efficiently and quickly. Once work was completed Matthew walked the premises of the home as well as the interior to make sure nothing had been left behind. Lastly, while initially quoted $1600, I was charged $1300 because we had decided not to include old picket fencing still-in-place to be hauled away. (Mind you, they filled two huge truckloads!) Truthfully had Matthew charged me the $1600 as initially quoted, I would have paid it; the fact that he adjusted the price to $300 less speaks to his honesty and integrity! Would recommend Bayles Removal in a heartbeat!

I emailed Bayles in the morning. I received a call later in the afternoon from Matthew. He said he was in the area and would like to look at the job, give a quote and a date when he can do it. I was available and he came right over. Matthew is a very nice guy and a professional in his job. His quote was approximately what other quotes given to me by other vendors. He stated he could do the job right now. We agreed on the price and everything to be removed. He and his co-worker, worked together and got the job done. It was an awkward, heavy hot tub and they took great care in not damaging any fencing, landscaping, etc. Yes, I will call Matthew in the future.

They did everything as per the agreement and they showed up on time. Perhaps, he even took a little more than what was agreed upon for the fixed price so I was very happy. I’d use them again. Everything was fine.

We used Bayles Removal Unlimited for a cleanout in a large house in Abington. We purchased a coupon on Angie's List to use with the first cleanout and they honored it for every one afterward as well. The crews were always professional, polite and worked hard and fast. Lots of dirty junky stuff had to be removed from the basement and they did not shy away from anything. They treated the furniture and pieces that were going to be sold with great care. The last cleanout they did included a large dumpster that they set up in the driveway to throw out junk and things that could not be sold. This process went very smoothly as well. The dumpster was filled up on a Friday and they hauled it away on a Saturday. Super easy (for us!). The company is owned by the Bayles family -- the father owns Witch City Consignment in Salem, Mass. and the son owns Rocket City Resale in Allston, Mass. Items from the house were split up accordingly and a lot of the items sold very quickly in their stores. Bayles sent a check for more money than we were expecting as our portion of the sales. It was a very painless process and we were thrilled that they are so easy to work with. Thanks to Bayles, we were able to clean the house out and get it on the market. I would highly recommend Bayles to anyone looking for a dependable, affordable, professional cleanout company.

It was fine, the guy is very good- I liked the guy.

I had to call to make sure he was coming just before 2PM. He had forgotten to put me in his book. Matthew did show up about ten minutes later after we talked. He and his worker were both polite and very efficient at removing the couch and recliner as well as the records in the basement. He offered to replace the mailbox on my front door which I had removed to make it easier. I found out that he was affiliated with a consignment store that donated proceeds to charity which will make me call him if I have some other items that may be eligible for resale. I hope he was able to resell the vinyl records. I would definitely recommend him.

They were great, would use them again for certain.

They were really good about scheduling, even handling a change in location due to the wrong address and city on my request. They made it all the way across town and were still on time. They made a valiant effort in getting the truck up my super narrow driveway, and while they couldn't make it all the way to the house, they didn't charge extra for the extra walking when loading. The owner Matt was very clear about what he could take for the Angie's deal, and gave me a good quote to pick up a bunch of other stuff I had. Since we also had bricks, sheetrock, and steel, he gave me great advice on how and when to dispose of all that too. Great to deal with and I'll certainly be using them again.

They were absolutely fantastic! We got one of their specials but of course, I underestimated the volume of crap that I had in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised that Bayles was willing to do the job and to take the extra (not insignificant) for only a small additional fee. They were polite and professional. Honestly, I thought that I had already posted this review (which is why it's so late now!).

Best Angie's List experience ever!!! These guys are awesome. All I had to do was point, and they removed the item and we went on and on throughout the house and the yard. They took everything I asked them to take and were very quick in loading the truck. Bayles will be my permanent junk removal place.

Very Professional. It was swift and cleaned out a room of trash in less than 25 minutes. Now the room of trash is a room for studying, and reading. Worth the price!

The crew arrived on time and worked fast. They knew exactly what had to be done. They charged extra for the old car tires but let me that in advance and left it up to me. I was glad to be rid of the entire mess for a reasonable charge. I've used two other junk removal firms and next time, I'm calling Bayles first.
