Performed a minor renovation on my condo and had a whole pile of stuff to be removed. Signed up for a Angie's List special for $150.00 and within 24 hours had an appt set up two weeks out (they are very busy). Matt showed up on time and quickly removed all the stuff that I had. I would highly recommend Bayles to anyone looking to remove any stuff they have.

They were GREAT. I had prepared piles o'junk around the house and they were able to take everything including and old dock (for a small extra fee) that had to be cut into pieces and then hauled up a steep hill. I'm outside of their service zone (another small extra fee), but would definitely call again.

Price of work was based on a special Angie's List promotion. He was fast, efficient and careful in removing items without damaging the house.

I purchased the deal through Angie's list. I wrote them and they wrote back to me right away. They were running two weeks out for pick up. When I called to cancel and make a new appointment, they were able to accommodate with another two-week wait. These guys are busy! A couple of days before the appointment, I called and left message to confirm, and they called me back on the same day. I asked them to call me 1/2 hour before they come so I can be at home. They called and showed up 45 minutes later (so 15 minutes late, but that was not a problem). Two guys with a big empty truck. They promptly loaded up the truck and left. Very efficient. I would hire them again.

Bayles was incredibly efficient, and came on a Saturday. We had placed all the items in our back yard, and they picked up everything. They called to let us know when they were coming, checked in again to confirm what items needed to be removed, and hauled everything away before we returned home. It was a pleasure to deal with Bayles, would certainly work with them again when I need to have junk removed!

They showed up during the time that they stated (10am-noon). Was careful not to damage any of the property. Professional and needed little guidance. I left them alone to do the job, it maybe took 15-20 minutes for them to load up everything into their truck -- I had close to 6 cubic yards of stuff to be hauled. I inspected everything at the end before they were about to take off to make sure they got everything -- which they did. They did everything I expected for a great price and were quick. It beats renting a dumpster and loading everything myself.

The experience was great, they were very responsive, went out of their way to removed an old furnace by cutting it into pieces. They were polite and professional.

The pile included window ACs, sheet rock, a small scrap piece of marble, old fiber glass pipe insulation, scrap wood, and 1 old tire ($5 fee). They showed up right on time, called ahead to confirm, did the job fast and clean and very professional.

They were hard working, organized, punctual, efficient and reasonable. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I compared Matthew Bayles company to one other and his pricing was better for our budget. He responded to my email/phone call on about the 2nd or 3rd try - I think these guys are just super busy! In any case, he showed up on time on the date we agreed to, and in no time, he and another person carried away all of the junk left over from our porch demo last Fall. The only thing that needs some attention is that the 2nd worker had inappropriate mismatched gloves (one was a holey, unraveling woolen winter mitten) and I was concerned about his safety in handling the old wood that contained hundreds of rusty nails. He said he forgot his good set at home, so my husband loaned him a good pair of work gloves. Otherwise, these guys are great! Super nice, very professional and fast.

I bought one of your deals, which was great for a long overdue removal of these difficult items. Matthew replied to me in a very timely way to set up an appointment, though this one of their busiest times of year ( spring/ summer) . He was very courteous, professional , and personable. They were right on time showing up to do the removal and provided a courtesy call about 15-20 minutes before arrival. I can highly recommend him / Bayles Removal Service and would not hesitate using them again.

Matthew is attentive, courteous, professional, punctual. I called for a quote and he came within a day or two. He initially quoted me $1600 - which was similarly priced as quotes by other hauling companies. I chose Matthew because he was willing to try and shuffle his schedule around to make time to clear out my mother's home to fit my schedule. He showed up on time with 2 guys and the three of them did not stop until the house was cleared out. I was not paying by the hour but was appreciative of the fact that they worked efficiently and quickly. Once work was completed Matthew walked the premises of the home as well as the interior to make sure nothing had been left behind. Lastly, while initially quoted $1600, I was charged $1300 because we had decided not to include old picket fencing still-in-place to be hauled away. (Mind you, they filled two huge truckloads!) Truthfully had Matthew charged me the $1600 as initially quoted, I would have paid it; the fact that he adjusted the price to $300 less speaks to his honesty and integrity! Would recommend Bayles Removal in a heartbeat!
