I called right away and they scheduled me like for the following week. They were able to come right away. They did a great job. I thought it was pretty expensive. They were quick and efficient. It was a one time job but if I needed them for that type of work, I would call them.

Have used Bayles in the past and have always been pleased. Guys show up when expected and leave the area clean. Highly recommend.

Matthew is the real deal. He is prompt, courteous, professional and knows his business. He's got the most wonderful can do attitude not to mention 100% dependable. No job is too big or too small. He can handle anything. And his wife, who I corresponded with via email, is both professional and responsive. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his company. Matthew and William arrived within the widow promised. Worked conscientiosly--very polite. Double checked with us about "stuff" going or staying. I would definitely hire them again.

Matt was very good at communicating, responding immediately to my request for service, and after a date was scheduled, he called again a day before removal and gave me a 2 hr time frame of when he would arrive. The day of removal, Matt called when he was 20 minutes away from my home, which I really appreciated. Upon his arrival, I showed him what needed to be removed from two rooms, and then in the basement I showed him what bits and pieces I wanted to keep and what had to go, which was a lot of miscellaneous stuff from 1/2 of my basement. I was amazed at how he remembered everything I pointed to, and then I got out of the way and watched in amazement at how quickly (and with little disruption) they were able to clear out so much. He even allowed me to use the Big Deal that appeared on Angie's List after my initial contact with him. The junk came to over the 4 cubic feet allowed for in the Big Deal, and Matt priced the extra items accordingly. Matt and his helper were hardworking, pleasant, and professional. They even swept all the dirt and bits of junk on the basement floor into a pile for easy disposal. I highly recommend Matt and Bayles Removal for pleasant, prompt, and professional removal services.

Angie's List happened to offer a deal on junk hauling and removal just as we happened to be tearing down two wooden trellises in our yard, each about 7 feet high and 2 feet wide. Bayles would take up up to 4 cubic yards of stuff for $119. Frankly, I would have been happy to have gotten rid of just the trellises, but of course once I looked in my basement I saw plenty of other things that hadn't been used in years (old garden hoses and trash barrels, a tall bookcase, lumber left from the previous owner), so I thought I might see if I could add any of them to the trellises. I signed up for the deal on 18 June and got an e-mail that I would hear from Bayles within two business days, which I did. My first choice of dates (the 23rd to the 25th) were, not surprisingly, already booked, and Matthew suggested the 27th. He gave me a two-hour window in which to expect them and said he would call ahead to be sure I was home. Everything worked exactly as he said: he called me at 10 to 1, said they would arrive within 20 to 30 minutes, pulled up at 1:20, and they were out of here in less than 15 minutes. And, yes, they took everything. They are A+.

They showed up on time, worked very quickly, and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Matt was professional and prompt. He cleared out all our junk, even beyond the angies list deal, and charged us accordingly. He talked 3 flights of stairs, and went down into the basement to make sure everything was cleared. He also broom-swept the floors. Great service!

The crew was on time, polite, and extremely efficient. I took advantage of one of the big deals, and will certainly use Bayles Removal if similar services are needed in the future. Also, the communication leading up to the day of service was phenomenal and much appreciated as a consumer. I felt comfortable and confident in the company due to that kind of communication.

I really appreciated that they were very careful not to damage walls when carrying things out to the truck. I would definitely hire them again.

They were scheduled to arrive between 12:30 and 3:00, and to my pleasant surprise, at 12:30 I was contacted by phone that they were on their way. They were friendly, efficient, and courteous, and they made sure they cleaned up after they were finished.
