I called to get information and then schedule service and on both occasions the owner returned my call in a timely manner and was very helpful. The work was completed as discussed. They were prompt and professional. I would hire them again.

Spent many years at previous address and just bought a new home?.if you've been there, you know how painful this can be. Used the coupon for Bayles service and couldn't be happier!! I have actually reached out to them again to remove all the cardboard boxes, etc that goes along with a move. I received a phone call when they were 20 minutes out They arrived on time. Both Matt and he partner were very professional and friendly. Offered to sweep away debris. I had almost forgotten about old cardboard boxes that had been left outdoors for months behind my house and Matt said not a problem and went out back and hauled away :)

The two men were courteous and friendly and worked non-stop until all the trash was removed. Some items weren't covered in the Deal (no paint cans that are not empty and no stones from a backyard fence) and they explained why this was extra. I was happy to pay a bit more to get rid of this stuff. It was great to finally have left over building materials, paint cans, old grout mix, old wood and bricks and lots of dirt. The men did not complain and worked quickly, despite the terrible heat.

They were very careful of the garden the stove had to move through to get to their truck. They were in and out quickly. The were careful when removing the stuff from my house. It was a top quality job. I still have quite a bit of junk and I will use them again.

VERY PROFESSIONAL They gave a call to say they were on their way. My time slot was between 11-1 they showed at 11:10 which was much appreciated! I just pointed to what I wanted removed and POOF it was gone. They were also going to sweep up the area and I told them not to. I wish I had called them sooner. very speedy! I will definitely use them again!!

I signed up for Bayles through an Angie's List deal. They were helpful about booking a convenient time. They arrived on time, and did a great job removing a heavy sofa bed, air conditioner, treadmill, two old desks, etc. The deal was for four cubic yards, and we had about five. They only charged for an extra half cubic yard. They were quick and efficient on a hot August day. I will definitely use them again.

They showed up and were very clean and professional. Removed all the stuff we wanted to get rid off and even swept the place clean. Very thorough and professional.

We took advantage of the Angie's List Special Deal in June, but delayed scheduling until July. Bayles was good about meeting our scheduling needs. They arrived on time, having called in advance of their arrival. They also took additional items from my parents' yard downstairs for a very fair price (Original deal was $119 and additional removal of items was only $60). Gentlemen were friendly and helpful. Took their business cards for my neighbors and for our future use. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Quick, efficient, polite and personable. Everything handled per our expectations. The business owner was one of the pair that did the work. He asked if it was OK for him to try to re-cycle, sell or donate the drafting table and that was fine with us. The only thing I would have liked in addition to what they did, was to have the small pile of debris swept up that was left on our driveway from the tail gate of the truck (rusty filings, shards of glass, etc.) It was OK for us to clean up, when we noticed it after they had left, but it would have been nicer to have had the haulers notice it and clean it up. The job they did was on a coupon from their site on Angie's List - $300 of service for $150. Excellent value. We were charged an additional $75 for removing the drafting table, which was not a surprise. Good communication with the business before the job was done.

They were late, but called in advance to explain why, apologize, and check that the new schedule was ok with us. When they arrived they were clean, courteous, and well spoken. They did the job quickly and took pains to be tidy, clean off their shoes etc as needed to avoid damaging our rugs and floors, and pay attention to protecting our walls and paint job. I should add that we got an Angie's list deal for this, so we can't comment on the value for money at their normal price. However, we previously used a competing service that has a catchy name and is widely advertised. Bayles was better. We were happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

They were extremely accommodating on postponing the service and then date and time for my convenience. They were actually early for the appointed time and had to wait for me, which he happily did. The guys were quick and efficient and took everything we asked them to with no question or fuss. In and out, polite, professional, and friendly. It was a real pleasure dealing with this company from first contact until finish. I can see why they are an A rated company on this list. I had an A rated experience and would easily use them again (and plan to) in a heartbeat. USE THIS COMPANY.

It went very well. I was contact very soon after placing order and a date was agreed. On the day scheduled I was contacted by phone and was notified the they would be arriving on time. When arrived all the junk was removed cleanly and efficiently.
