Bayles Removal Unlimited

Description of Work: They removed a 5 piece sectional, old electric lawnmower, couple of window A/C units and a 55" projection TV. There were some other miscellanious items too. The 2 guys showed up and I pointed out what needed to be taken away. They were super fast! I think they were done in under 20 minutes. Really nice guys. Next time we have a bunch of stuff we need to get rid of, we're calling Bayles!

Description of Work: Removed large items from second floor and basement. Downsizing effort to remove unused and excess furniture and other items from home. The guys called when they were about 30-minutes away to alert me. came in and reviewed the job with me then went to work. Really nice crew including the owner. Polite and efficient. This is the second time I used Bayles and will definitely bring them back. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They did not communicate with me within the 48 hrs you specify. I called, emailed, went through you and finally they got back to me only to tell me they couldn't get to me for 2 weeks. That is not only too long but I lost faith in the company because of the style of communicating. I would like a refund and will use a different company.

Description of Work: The guys from Bayles removed a bunch of junk for us after a move. We bought a Angie's List deal and were happy with the service. They got in touch with us immediately, responded promptly to our inquiries and were flexible on the service date. They were on time and efficient and did exactly what was needed - take away our junk! My wife was at the house to meet the team, and said they were polite and pleasant. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Description of Work: They removed a 160lb energy storage capacitor, two 32gal trash containers filled with wood scrap and a couple of other items. Even though the energy storage capacitor was not a regular household item they were fine with taking it. | |They were late but did call ahead. Once they arrived they worked quickly and removed everything that I designated. Very happy with the experience.

Description of Work: There was a little trouble with finding a time and figuring out what extra costs would be; in the meantime I found a simpler/cheaper solution to the issue--burying concrete debris in a whole in backyard rather than removing it. ian
