Description of Work: Took us some time to work out a time,they are in Westwood and I' in Dorchester Center. Did work it out. They arrive as scheduled,were very professional.

Description of Work: It was an easy way to get rid of old leather lounger and other odds and ends from the basement. It was scheduling through the Angie's list connection by proposing potential dates by email that was a pain. There was too much time lag between responses. Arranging a time by phone would have been easier. Otherwise they called before they showed up, introduced themselves and efficiently hauled off the stuff to the truck and said they would recycle what they could. I would happy to use again.

Description of Work: They removed a large couch and several smaller items. After initial e-mail contact, they phoned and agreed to our proposed scheduled date, then contacted us on that date to finalize the arrival time, and again with a "10 minutes away" warning just prior to arrival.
