He came on time and did an estimate. Just did a fabulous job.

Very well. They came mid-June, when asked and worked promptly to move the plant. They gave me instructions how to water it, to make sure it survives the transplant, which seems to have been working, so far. Since then, they came back to fill the hole with top soil and to fill other holes around my yard. They brought one cubic yard of dirt for which, I have not been billed yet.

I got a call back the same day I called. We chatted about what I was looking for (a general clean up so it didn't look like the owners of the house died) and discussed some future options. He came by and checked the property himself a few days, came back with a estimate, and the final work happened a few days later. He made it clear the cost of cutting back my large tree would be variable, and while it was higher than his estimate of an additional $100, he not only clipped back the tree but freed up the phone lines stuck in it, so well worth it. They rock!

I just started with this company but so far I am very satisfied. I plan to use them regularly for yard work.

Excellent. From beginning to end, John was amazing. I really wanted to learn about the garden and he took the time to teach me about the plants at my new house and even allowed me to work alongside him so that I can eventually do maintenance for myself. He is a complete expert, very personable and a hard and reliable worker.

They arrived on schedule and did a great job of getting our lawn ready for winter and an easy spring. They did everything we asked of them thoroughly and happily. I would recommend them to others as dependable and hard working.

I called and left a message requesting an estimate and the call was returned promptly within 1 day. We scheduled for John to come look at the job on Saturday at 8am and he was right on time. He was very thorough in describing the work he would do and provided advice about general care of flowering bushes, and pruning trees. I decided to schedule the work and he came the following Saturday with his son and one other worker. They started just before 9am. While on the roof to trim big branches from the tree, they cleaned all the gutters with the blower (a nice added benefit since they were on the roof). They also detached the lawn which was unexpected. I left for errands, but when I returned at 5pm they were just finishing up and the yard looked great. John walked me around the yard to point out the work that was completed and I was very happy with the overall care and thoroughness of their work. Good quality work, by dependable people. My neighbor booked them immediately.

Someone returned my call within an hour of my having left a message at Bianchi Landscaping's main number. The same day, Paul, Giancarlo's son, came to my house and provided an estimate on the spot. Two days later he returned with two workers to do the work. Except for a small section of the hedge that needed more trimming, I was very satisfied. I left a message that evening about the part that needed more work, and Paul was back the next day at 8:00 a.m. with his crew to complete it. He did a good clean-up, too. Overall: excellent service and prices much lower than other providers I saw reviewed on the List.

Very prompt came in at estimate. Looks very good.

Mr. Bianchi did an excellent job. However, he needed to change the date on which he would do the work and then did not ever tell me when he was going to come do it. (I was not there when he arrived and only learned that he had come and done the work from a neighbor.) Also, he changed his price from the one he quoted us initially once he got started, and he did not inform us of this until AFTER he did the work, which was also a disappointment. (We paid him only the quoted price.)

It went fine. Giancarlo arrived promptly, the work was done quickly, and the clean-up was great.

He is personable, professional and got the job done. He is very honest.

Giancarlo returned my call almost immediately. He and his son came for an estimate. What we liked with Giancarlo versus other landcapers is that most kept expanding the scope and trying to convince us to do more. As new homeowners we just wanted a maintained yard with nothing fancy till we got some time to become more knowledgeable and have a clear idea of what we wanted to do. Giancarlo actually told us to hold off on a couple of things till next year. He and his entire crew (about 5-6 of them) came early one Saturday morning and cleaned up the yard in several hours. He also took his own decisions as to what to keep and what to clear which was very useful since we had no idea. All our neighbors have been complementing us on our yard and we shall definitely use him again.

So far (after a few months) the work is fine, billing is accurate, and we have no complaints.

He returned my call the same day I left a message. He said he would perform the work the next week and he was there the day he said he would be. He did an excellent job with our lawn. Everything looked great and the area was completely clean after he left. He sent a bill and charged the exact amount of the estimate he gave me over the phone. I was very satisfied with him and his work and would definitely use him again.

Giancarlo returned my call promptly and informed me he did not take regular, recurrent jobs in my area (Medford), but that he would do a one-time job. He arrived with his son at the agreed time to look at the yard, give an estimate (and, it turned out, give direction to his son, who would do the work). He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in discussing what made sense to do at this time of year, and freely offered advice and further instruction when asked. His son also arrived on time (with a helper) to do the work, was pleasant and responsive, and did a fine job. I'm sure I'll hire Giancarlo again next spring or summer for the work best done then. I'm just sorry he does not service Medford regularly.

I had been unable to do outside work for a time due to illness. Giancarlo answered my call and came on time for an estimate. His son, Paul and crew also came ahead of time for yard work. Giancarlo himself came later to prune holly bushes and a Kousa dogwwod. They were all friendly and professional. I am definitely hiring them again.

Giancarlo was prompt in returning my calls, showed up on time for the estimate and performed the work in a timely manner. I was thrilled with the work, the great price, and Gian's honesty and follow-through with me regarding options for future projects. If I can get him to Cambridge again in the spring to do the front, I'll be even more thrilled!

Mr. Bianchi answered our phone call himself, was prompt to give us an estimate and complete the work. We are very pleased would definitely use him again.

They did everything they promised well, promptly, nicely, and for a reasonable price. They made good recommendations, explaining the price estimate and any possible variations. They showed up on time the first weekend and worked to prepare the land even though it was raining. They called a couple days in advance of the next weekend to say the forecast for rain meant that they couldn't have dirt delivered (it would get washed away) or complete the job that weekend. They called several times the next week to update me on what to expect, and the work proceed exactly as described. They finished the job the following weekend and offered maintenance advice, and we now have a nice lawn coming up. Unlike many companies, they sent a bill rather than ask for immediate payment. They seem to take pride in their work. I'm sorry that they don't travel to my area for more-routine work.

I called to get an estimate for mowing my lawn in Cambridge. The number on this site went right to his home, where I reached him immediately on a Saturday evening. He was very nice but told me they don't mow lawns in Cambridge, though they do come here for one time jobs like landscaping. He apologized for not being able to help me.

He was punctual and had good ideas. He seemed very reputable. His bid appears reasonable, but I'm waiting for others to compare.

Although John arrived 2 hours after he said he would arrive, he and his team were extremely efficient. They worked quickly and thoroughly, and the lawn has never looked better.

Giancarlo was very prompt in answering calls, making an appointment, visiting my house to see what I wanted, & planting my trees. From the time I called him to the time his son Paul planted the trees at my house, only 3 days had passed. Great job & very nice people!!!!!
