Their large crew arrived early on the scheduled date and completed the entire roof the same day. We are very pleased with everything.

Once I signed the contract they scheduled the Work within one week. They worked quickly and efficiently with good workmanship. They addressed all of my concerns and followed up with me personally.

First Class Roofing responded immediately to my inquiry and were out to provide an estimate right away. After meeting with the foreman for a thorough walkthrough of our project (including inside our attic to check for mold), he provided a very detailed explanation of the process and the materials they use as well as his observations of the condition of areas of the house adjacent to the roof that they could also address. He answered all of my questions left us with a shingle sample booklet with the various grades and warranties explained. The foreman provided a very competitive estimate (middle of three) later that day via email and was extremely responsive to my follow-up questions (visit their Facebook page, "First Class Construction & Roofing" and use Messenger to text with them - very convenient!). Once we made our decision, they were able to schedule us right when we needed and planned to complete the job in one day (colonial-style house w/garage). During the job, they draped the house and grass in the back yard to prevent damage/catch debris and were careful around our landscape. They left the property clean and used a magnetic roller to get all the stray nails. It was a really HOT day, but they pushed through and completed the job in one day as planned. Andrew reached out to us few times to ensure we were happy with the end results and to address minor points and questions. The roof looked great! We chose them over two other companies because of their responsiveness, customer service, and superior products (such as underlayment), process (such as # of nails per shingle, ice and water shield installation) and labor guarantee. They have an A+ rating with the BBB, are highly recommended on local FB groups and have many pictures on their FB site which was a plus. I highly recommend this company, it was a pleasure to work with them.

After 2 days of purchasing our new home, the roof was leaking in multiple spots and I was in desperate need of a roofer. After a number of sky rocketing estimates from other companies, First Class provided a very reasonable estimate. First Class installed my roof, bathroom vents, gutters and skylights in one day. Not only did that include installation, but cleanup as well! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. They took ample time to inspect my property further and informed me of any other recommended repairs. Because of the level of attention they provided to my home, I hired them to make the repairs, and we are in the process of replacing rotted clapboard and flashing, regrouting stone work, power washing home, and renovate the utility shed siding and install a door.

First Class were the utmost professionals and I would highly recommend them!

We started discussing this project in April 2014. Coleman and son started a job on my house began with foyer and never completed it. Left it half done with horse hair plaster and all demolition in my garage and never returned.  He removed molding and half a wall.  He left wire loose wires hanging in the hall where my 90 year old Mother who served him coffee several times to trip over.  He took a hammer and smashed holes in four of my walls!!! He said he was looking for insulation.  I was totally taken in by his pleasant and what seem to be knowledgeable approach.
Our business concluded for me when he accidently "butted dialed" me.  I had just texted him to get a written estimate from him to get bank check which was required for funds to be released. (By the way I have all his texts.) He was speaking to a woman who he told he was charging me $10,000 more than than the job was worth. (Total job to be $30,000) This was an insurance claim from last years winter storm and he kept increasing the price and changing plan and never showing up when he said he would. I foolishly let him see what the insurance adjusted had written. Buyer beware. He is a scam and a man without character!!! Angies list should delete him.
He was never paid for this job.

Coleman and Andrew were outstanding to work with. They were very professional and responsive while I was finalizing the claim and scoping the work. They took the time to explain all the materials so I could make a well informed choice. The work began on schedule. The roof itself was done in one day and it looks good. The remaining work required a few weeks. I greatly appreciated that they took the time to do the fascia, soffits, vents, and gutters just right. They did not cover any bad wood and made sure any needed repairs were identified and addressed. All the materials used were of good quality and superior to what was on the house before the work. The work looks great.

The workers were polite and professional. They cleaned up the work space each day and regularly checked-in with me to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. They even made sure my old security lights were working (which they were not before the work started) and installed a new security light fixture as part of the work (I purchased the fixture).

I will definitely work with First Class again for other home improvement needs.

It went well from the quote to the clean up.  They listened, advised and then did what they said they would do.  "The yard will look better when we are done than it does now."  The yard around the house did look better and the roof looked great.

I figured $299 was too good to be true.  But after meeting the owner and he spelled out the fine print only covered 20 linear feet, I knew that my house roof would cost more for the work.  He spelled out the extra charge and due to the emergency nature of the situation, I agreed and the work was done well and promptly.

It went very well.  He was clear about how busy he was and made me a priority as I had water leaking in my house.  He and his crew were very polite and helpful.  They cleared the snow and ice dams efficiently and even helped me to figure out where the water was coming from.

They were very responsive at first, via e-mail and asking us to text the address - we purchased the deal on 2/3 they came on 2/5. The Big Deal provided the following service: $299 for cleaning up to 20 feet of ice and snow from the roof, gutters, and downspouts Includes cleaning up-to 8-feet on the roof. Gutters will be cleared and salted. Once here the owners son Andrew told my partner it would cost an additional $800.00  to perform the work but if she paid cash he would make it $500.00. When she refused he relented and excepted a check (which we have since put a stop on). Upon further review of the service promised through the big deal we realized the work performed was within the parameters of the Big Deal. They "cleared" an area that was about 15 linear feet and said it would cost even more to go on the roof. In addition the crew was only on sight for less than an hour and the dams reappeared with in 24 hours of service. We reached out to the company on multiple occasions asking for an itemized bill and voicing our concerns but was told they are to busy and would get it to us next week (now this week). We are upset by the lack of prompt communication via direct texts as well as the insinuation that if we paid cash it would cost less when originally being told of the additional costs.

First Class Roofing spent a lot of time at my home in February of 2014 addressing significant ice dam issues but more importantly correcting the issue with the installation of heating coils on those section of the roof that do not get enough sun in the winter. Having experienced ice dam damage two seasons prior I did not want to risk another issue. When I contacted First Class Roofing in February of 2014 I spoke with the owner and he quickly was able to calm me down and give me reassurance that my issues would be corrected for the long-term. Realistically I should have installed the heating coils two season prior but didn't want to spend the money. I knew after speaking with First Class Roofing that based on how the sun hits my home in the winter, this would be a reoccurring issue unless I had the heating coils installed. The crew was responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
