Mike and Marlene were very easy to work with and very accomdating. They worked with us in great detail in order to accomplish exactly what we wanted for our yard. Whenever we ran into an issue, they helped us solve and present us with different ideas to make it a non issue.

I initially contacted Mike and Marlene about installing stone steps and a walkway. We discussed several materials options at our first meeting. Once I saw their portfolio of work I asked if there was any way they could make me a custom wood railing to match the existing porch railing from 1910. Mike's railing exceeded my expectations and the walkway they created compliments it perfectly. I felt like the true spirit of my house had been restored. Marlene kicked up the curb appeal by rearranging some plantings and sourcing new finds to really balance out the front of the house. They took my wish list to heart and I'd highly recommend them

They did a great job on our walkway, stairs and retaining walls... I reported some concerns recently, a year later, and they came right out to address them.

I contacted Exterior Solutions in late March for a small project to rebuild front steps for a home in Framingham, Mass.. I knew that if I waited too long, contractors usually get too busy to take on small projects in the middle of the season for outdoor projects. However, the wet and rainy Spring seaon resulted in delays for my project, as well as other projects, but Exterior Solutions completed the job with the least amount of delays, at a reasonable cost, with spectacular results. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job and would highly recommend this contractor. I expect to hire them for another project, if the weather permits.

Mike and Marlene did an awesome job on our walkway! They were so accomodating and the walkway came out great for a reasonable amount of money.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed this type of work done and we plan on using them again in the future for our stone wall that needs to be repaired.

Very experienced at building ponds. Mine are now functioning great. Owner/builders were easy to work with generally, and performed the work on time (subject to weather). The only one issue with a pond depth which was off. Principal/Mike agreed to come back and correct next spring. They have been excellent at followup, and doing what they promise.

I interviewed three companies when deciding to build my Koi Pond. Exterior Solutions was obviuosly the most knowledgeable and fairly priced of the three. throughout the entire process they were extremely communicative and honest. They arrived to perform the work when they said they would and built an absolutely beautiful pond. They not only built the pond and installed the lighting, they also took care of all the plantings in and around the pond. The end result was absolutely stunning!!! Now that the pond is complete they have encouraged me to call them with any concerns I might have. My only regret is that I cannot give them 6 stars!

Marlene and Mike were a pleasure to work with on our lawn project. The Exterior Solutions team proved to be an extremely hard working group, especially given the extreme heat we experienced during this project. The work was done on time and with great care for our property and our needs.

Exterior solutions performed both masonry and landscaping work for us. They were quite professional and very knowledgeable in both areas. They were pleasant to work with and were able to handle differing goals and expectations within our household and satisfy all concerned. They did all that they committed to do on a professional and timely basis within budget. They adjusted to additional work requests rapidly and performed extra tasks on a time and material basis and kept the costs properly inline. the I planned to use them again in the future, unfortunately the landscape job, which I cut in scale was not well conceived!
