 + -1 moreAs has been true with my past dealings with them, everyone I dealt with from the person who answered the phone, to the woman who called me back to schedule to the technician who responded were courteous, professional and efficient . They always do a great job.
Description of Work: My town recently installed a new water meter with a check valve in my home which caused an intermittent leak from my water heater. I called Whiteley and they came within a few hours and installed an expansion tank to correct the problem. I should also mention that within the last 3 years I also had them install a new boiler (converting from oil to gas) and central A/C.

 + -1 moreMy washer has a feature that will automatically turn off when the drip pan fills up, but the washer was turning off even though it wasn't full. Two men from Whitley came and were here less than an hour and it was a very complicated job. They generally charge $110.00/hr. The office staff that answers the phone and schedules appointments are also very helpful.
Description of Work: Whitley came out to fix my washer.
